Making a custom Kydex knife sheath

- In this episode we walk you through our process for making a custom Kydex knife sheath. Sheath making takes proper planning, quality materials, and some serious skill to do it at the level Billie is making them. We also introduce a new element, laser engraving away Kydex to reveal the liner color in a cool Japanese font. Once the sheath is completed Nate laser engraves some very unique artwork on the blade to make the combination of sheath and knife absolutely next level. Don't forget to watch to the end as we have included some fun blooper reels!

Wow just Wow that’s insanely nice and I have an Old Recon Tanto in the Carbon V steel I purchased in 91 before Deploying and it’s edge holding ability is beyond belief lol and would fit nicely in a Sheath like that. Nice work Guys Semper Fidelis

Great work.
I have to ask I need to make a knife for a knife I received as a gift it's actually a Spartan blade Harsey model 1, do you think that I can mimic the original one with kydex? Like 2 mm thick sheets?
Maybe, give us a call.

Any suggestions for someone wanting to try to make a kydex sheath for the first time?
Start simple using the taco method.
@@thekingofcamo is the taco method that much easier?
Not tremendously easier, but it all depends on what equipment you are using.
What software do you use for your design
