Technically speaking this is legal. Immediate family members can gift eachother guns as long as they can legally own them, they don’t have to do any transfer paperwork or anything, just give them the gun. That’s the federal rule of course but some states infringe upon your rights. When my daughter turned 18 I gave her a pistol. She can legally own it, even open carry it even though I’ve told her not to do that.

Guns provide nothing but entertainment, and no tangible benefit to society otherwise. Therefore the risk is not worth taking. That’s the argument. I agree with the topic of the video. However, it's difficult to take an argument seriously when you have a fetishized version of trump. It's not just about one side or the other. Both sides of the extreme are in the wrong and it's concerning how far either side is willing to go. Just got my great grandfather's Remington 1100 cleaned and serviced since we weren't sure if it was safe to shoot. The guy that did the work said it's likely the gun was never shot, as there's no sign of shells being loaded.

As someone's who sells guns. This is so agrivating. Theres nothing illegal about buying someone a gun as a gift or something but at the same time im required by my employer to deny all sales like that because it is a "straw purchase" in the eyes of the law. I always start with "im sorry and I know this is stupid, but....."

Legally you can buy it and gift it. Tbh if I was the employee I’d just have both fill out a 4473. Void one after getting responses on both background checks.

This is absolute truth. I bought a gun recently and took it into a local shop to get a few upgrades made. As I am waiting for them to finalize everything, i got offered to look at and hold a double barrel flamethrower, double barrel AR-15 and a new Staccato. Lol

This one’s so dumb. Doesn’t matter who’s paying for it. As long as whoever claims the title. And as long as whoever is of legal age. And background check comes back clean. Doesn’t fuckin matter whose card is swiped.

Working in the gun industry taught me one valuable thing. All gun laws are grey areas 😂
