Great looking piece! Thanks yo for the video!
Thank you.
Just seen this thank you for sharing
Awesome man, I need to try out this method! I've always done pancake style. I like how yours turned out better though! (And BTW DIY Holster makes the best eyelet dies and eyelets for when you get a press!)
Awesome! Thanks for the heads up, I'll go check them out.
I use my drill press for the eyelets it works great
SWEEETT!! Just picked up a Benchmade Steep Country and it has a bad sheath for such a product (easy to fall out when horizontally carry). I am looking for ideas for a sheath and this looks like it. Thanks for posting, great job!
really like how you cut that out on the ricasso area; looks great
Dam the ulticlip for doing such a great job and yet being so scratchy at every edge
its great i learned a lot tks
Wow, i really like your sheath process!
I have watched a handful of different creators run us through their process, and yours is especially nice when it comes to how you adjust your retention points. Great job, ill be taking some teaching points from you next time i'm building sheaths!
Thanks for sharing, now you've got me wanting to try this. You got a new subscriber.
I like this method over soft straps to scout carry. I also dig that red hammer.
Kevin Arrowood I have a hammer like that, it's used in auto body work. In case you were looking for one.
Love your work brother. It's satisfying to watch these. I never did have patience, otherwise I'd be doing this myself. Knife makers require a huge amount of patience.
i would definitely perches that if i could.
Beautiful sheath
Love it! Love that color contrast.
Excellent work! Nice looking sheath.
I liked seeing all the steps. Thank you
I use a brad point bit for my kydex. Works great with a nice clean hole. Just a tip...nothing more.
Thanks for the sharing. It gives me ideas in making mine. Great.
Good work mate... showing how much actually goes into to making a kydex sheath!
that is an awesome sheath. great job
Thanks 👍
Beautiful work
you can make a press by taking a Harbor Freight Arbor Press by drilling out for the dyes. Works great, have been using it for 3 years and it works great. Cost is $25 with normal special discounts from HF.
I might have to try this out. Thanks for the idea.
Very nice!
Is there anything you can’t do awesome knife maker and now awesome sheath maker I love it 👌
Awesome job thanks
Now, THIS is cool.
Awesome
I like the way the two colors in the sheath match the handel of the knife, looks really good
Great video you should make cut out templates for hardware to reuse and if you make cut outs and tape them in the finger groove Area before you form the Kydex you will not have to go back and reheat and use a screwdriver for to make room I love your videos! I’m still waiting for the knife from the giveaway can’t wait to check it out up close
You Should be getting that Knife in the Mail soon. I cant wait for you to try it out.
That's a great idea by the way!
Hey, love the sheath, what size screws and Chicago bolts do you use to connect the ulticlip and the extra Kydex slip? Thanks for the videos
Have you tried using a Brad Point drill bit for drilling the kydex? I have had good luck with them.
That came out nice! I learned a little late to wait on putting eyelets in. Had a bunch of garbage in the sheeth...
Awesome!! that is one very sweet knife. do you have a store where you sell your knifes?
Awesome job! What thickness of kydex are you using thanks
New sub sir. Do you sell knives? Love the content you put out.
Awesome sheath! Are you hammering the Eyelets with a dye or just a flat rod?
It's a dye that is made for the eyelets.
@@theriversexperience9383 ah I see , I should try getting one , I've been using a countersink bolt to set them , it also doesn't work too bad..
I want it,I love it. Make my life complete, tell me your selling this.
Forget the knife and get some nail clippers
Agreed.
