Good, low impact exercises. But there's no such a thing as exercise to lose belly fat. If you lose fat, it's all over the body. Exercise targeted to lose belly fat does not exist. Only liposuction will do that.
@dimpss5 Google sit-ups, hover, ab crunches, or any exercise you do contracting your ab muscles. These will make your ab muscles stronger and slightly bigger, not smaller. Abs will not decrease your tummy, on the very contrary! Only losing weight decreases your tummy girth.
