I noticed that too. And then realized that the doc said his estrogen has lowered - meaning his testosterone has likely raised? 🤔 And edited out to avoid suspicion? I can only speculate lol. But honestly his physique looks natural and healthy. And not anything enhanced etc. And imo he's probably staying natty going forward.

Kali is unique and very intelligent because he was struck with a major health issue and was able to listen, learn, adapt and change to save himself. Many people continue to make repeated mistakes with their health and never learn from their mistakes. Kali is a passionate person that loves helping other people learn from his mistakes and points them in the right direction to live a healthy, strong and great life. He's a hero!!
