Hi Rashmi, i have one doubt, my relative was doing yoga daily but her sugar level is 397, i need yoga for reducing sugar level or to control diabetic. Also is your delivery was normal delivery or c-section. I just want to know because your work out,yoga helps for normal delivery. Why am asking means eventhough my relative had regular yoga her diabetic level is high. Will it be like this in delivery cases.
I had a vaginal delivery. Please understand that pregnancy and delivery are two different things and anything can happen during labour and delivery. Yoga helps to strengthen the body and mind but I know so many yoga teachers who have had c sections because they needed it. Developing diabetes has a lot to do with the food consumed. Stop eating unhealthy food and exercise regularly and everything will be fine
