thank you, I am grateful for all of your videos and look forward to seeing the new additions to your village. I find your rendition of Amalfitano, Italy humorous and insightful.
Thank you for your kind words. I am glad you enjoy it. Creating this little fishing village (and future vineyard) is an enjoyable creative outlet for me. The UA-cam channel is my way of sticking to it because I love modeling in many scales and I have to guard against distractions that will lead to abandonment and get nothing far enough along.
Thanks, I am trying to create a miniature world that I would love to stroll through, maybe have an afternoon coffee at the cafe while the trains trundle by.
It's always a pleasure to watch one of your video's. Because of these videos, I'm now building a 2' Narrow gauge railway set in 1930's Germany in 1/35 scale as I like the Miniart figures and models. It's a nice change as I usually model in N scale (1/148). Keep up the good work as it encourages me in my endeavours.
That sounds so cool! I hope you share your work on UA-cam or Instagram so we all can get inspired and share info on period details. For example my newspapers are miniature Italian newspapers set in 1930s Italy.
Thanks for your comments. I used to model in N, HO and On30 for years. While I still love HO and N (i have to fight the urge to go back to it) this Gn15 is an opportunity for me to do something unique and immersive. These buildings really tower over me and I am 5'10"
Delightful to see your excellent progress. I've been keeping an eye on your shorts and instagram so it was great to see the new scene come together. Looking forward to seeing how you go with the epoxy. I want to do a river edge too and epoxy scares me to death as I have had pin hole disasters in the past. I have to single out your locomotive driver figure as one of your best so far, he's ace. Keep having fun and know your little layout brings joy and inspiration to others.
Gosh thanks for the compliment. My first water scene (the dock area) was a disaster it leaked everywhere. I had no one near me to help so I lost half the resin. So my next pour was the seaside (the part with the fish) I caulked every inch of it and was rewarded with no leaks.

Thank you. Pouring a resin river soon but first making a figure to put in a boat.
@@TravelinginMiniature Making those little figures sounds super fun! :-)

Well it's Saturday afternoon and time for a sojourn to relax with my little friends. Thank you my friend.
I am glad you are enjoying the stroll through Amalfitano.
Fantastic narrating voice.

A very nice and graceful curve on your handmade turnout.
Thank you, code 100 rail through out.
Love seening this village railway evolve 🙂
It is fun, I should have planned it a little more. The river is a little too narrow.
Love this... you've done a masterful job with the scenery. It is well-defined and delicate. That's hard to reproduce in smaller scales.

meraviglioso
Grazie!
Beautiful video! Where did the figures come from? I’d love those.
Make them myself. I have a video showing how I make them.
