Let's give our respect to Joseph Joestar. He survived against both the Pillar Men and DIO's group, survived a volcano erupting right under his feet, died and came back, and he was still alive during Part 6. The guy may not have been very powerful, but his survival skills are SS tier.
He has to thank his grandson (Jotaro) for that revival to keep on living till the very end. Not to mention that epic prank he pulled on him immediately after. 😂
I like to give Jolyne the highest intelligence feat, for the sole fact that she used Stone Free to turn her body into a Mobius Strip, so that C-Moon couldn't invert her body. I was beyond flabbergasted. She really takes after her Great Grandpa.
that intelligence feat cant really be compared to the others cuz they have different abilities so we cant really assume that the other joestars wouldnt do it too if they had her stand
nah, yeah shes probably higher in intelligence but joseph was able to outplay someone with a stated 400 iq (which is humanely impossible levels of intelligence) so joseph stands in a league of his own that no one has come even close to yet.
@@blackxfiied_ i mean, not sure once you past 300 what you are even calculating, 400 is basically you can instantly figure out anything you observe, if not even some greater understanding than what we currently know people capable of. joseph didnt outplay Kars via intelligence though, he had luck/fate on his side. he even says he didnt plan it out to happen as it did.
powerscaling is hilarious man because powerscalers will casually say everyone is moving faster than light without stopping to think about how ridiculous that sounds

1:58- Additionally, I am very confident that Jodio's Stand will definitely evolve and/or get a broken power that makes Go Beyond seem like child's play in order to defeat an even more broken villain than Wonder of U already was somewhere later in the part.
Honestly, feels like it's not fun anymore to have "more and more broken powers". Maybe it would be better to have something more simple but versatile...
@@sozdateljyeah that’s what I’d like too, but honestly, after seeing WoU and Go Beyond, Araki made it pretty clear that he’s just escalating the powers since part 7. It’s a shame too, I would’ve preferred just versatile interesting uses of one power
The issue with so many of the new stands and parts is that they just get so broken and pointlessly infinitely strong (like Wonder of U and GER type broken)
My favourite Joestar is Jolyne. She may not be the strongest but she is very adaptable and smart when using her stand. Stone Free also very versatile in many situations with her strings.
@@blackxfiied_ yes, but in comparison to the others not so much. Obviously, Star Platinum is way less varied but makes up for it with raw physical stats and time stop, Josuke can instantly restore any object or person to a previous state, obviously healing people, but can also alter its restoration, like fusing a man with a rock or book. Then there's Giorno, who's regular ability is already insanely ranged with being able to any life or body part, and accelerate people's senses or even half-revive them.
I feel Jolyne is just tuned more to using her stand in smart ways rather than strong ways. She uses her stand well because she's very smart, her stand is one of those useful ones for someone with high intelligence but it's not insanely strong like the others
@@santi_super_stunts2573 yes its not very strong. but he can negate evrything your trying to do... so to win against G.E.R. you are not allowed to interact with him at all. for this reason i would place him in low S tier. ofcourse reality alternating effects can still get around that in some cases.
@@pierrelucaskanakri2370Meh not rly G.E.R or at least what i perceive return to 0 as is the ability to return the action or will of the attacker to zero. Looking at it the jump from b to a is pretty massive(discounting part 4 jotaro) because you go from some solidly strong stands to like definitely top 10 stands in all of jojo
I personally feel like some of the re-evaluation of Tusk Act 4 is lowballing too much: Even if they are different characters, it is still moved in stopped time, and moving a little bit in stopped time due to what is stated to be infinite power shouldn't really change him being above the World that much. (he lost the fight due to weird situational aspects+it's a race, so time stop and countering your ability is kind of important) However, it was really satisfying seeing a list where it showed different variations of the characters. My preference would be the characters throughout the arc+the character when they unlock the BS end of arc hax (such as seeing non time stop Jotaro, non requiem Giorno, No Go Beyond Gappy, and different acts of Johnny) but really fun video regardless of my personal nit picks.
I feel like jolyne would be really close to young joseph in terms of being smart, she used her stand as a printer to know somebody's face that she kept forgetting, and also prevented her body from being reversed, that's just really smart. And I can definitely see her beating josuke in a real fight even tho her stats aren't as crazy
And not forget the ultimate defense ability of Tusk Act 3. Johnny can just hide in a wormhole where he is untouchable. One Top he can shoot Tusk act 4 with his fingernails. His Range, AP, and Speed are completely broken. Johnny should definitely be number 1. His only weakness would be Wonder of U.
@@dopaminvitaminspeed not so much,if its ta3,johnny will need to attack jotaro from the wormwhole and jotaro outscales johnny in speed a lot. Johnny most is ftl while Jotaro is mftl+,shooting him with sol attacks wont hit jotaro, and the time stop is a probably, johnny can get one shotted if jotaro time stops. For ta4,it would be difficult for both, jotaro is still faster but hax would carry johnny. If they had prep time i would say jotaro would win, stop time and get johnny off his horse so he cant use infinite spin(jotaro is also way more powerful than any tusk variant)only problem is that ta4 can move in ts,but again jotaro can overpower is in a barrage fight he could get to johnny and one shot him.
A Common misconception is that the strongest character in lists like these can't lose to characters below it,maybe Johnny can beat jotaro or gappy, but THATS NOT THE POINT OF THE VIDEO,the video is about stats and not a Battle Royale amongst the joestars
johnny below jotaro is absolutely outrageous his stand is arguably top 3 in the verse and his usage of the stand is nearly perfect as he learned all 5 lessons to learn the infinite rotation which could scale to infinite speed and power i would place him below giorno and gappy but johnny is way higher
I’d agree, but tbf while I think Johnny scales higher and is stronger, a horse wincon is kinda crazy. Still tho Johnny hax are way too good to be getting triumphed by jotaro,

Great List, now that we've covered the Villains and Protagonists...we gotta do the Jobro's 😉 Or even crazier, the Team members in each Part that aren't the main Joestar.
Great video! I thought the entire discussion was really fun to watch. Here's my own input on the subject... I think Joseph's entire arc was about fighting foes stronger than he was. Never once in the story did Joseph fight someone weaker than him, as he was always at some sort of physical disadvantage. Cops in the alley had guns, Straitz was a vampire, Santiago was a Pillerman, Caesar was a stronger Hamon user, ACDC and Wham were even stronger Pillermen, and Kars was the ultimate lifeform. Every time, Joseph was at some kind of physical disadvantage and had to compensate with his strategic mind. I still stand by my belief that Joseph is the weakest Joestar in terms of raw power output, but he is the most strategic and resourceful in the family. And that's saying a lot, since the whole family is full of brilliant minds. (though, his intelligence really didn't shine through in Part 3, spare a select few episodes where he had small moments to shine)
Always a shame that jolyne is one of the weaker joestars but part 6 is so amazing in large part because the power scaling is kept in check. The arcs set in the prison are so amazing BECAUSE jolyne has so many limitations as a stand user AND YET she is so intelligent and she surrounds herself with such amazing allies that she stands up to the most dangerous villain in the series (at least til that point)
I think Giorno is on top, because GER also crosses logic by reversing a place where time was not present. And for having created a complex multiverse. But even if Go Beyond is above Return To Zero, Go Beyond is still very complicated to get right. And that quote from Araki says that Tooru is the most powerful, but only among the villains.
Theres two arguements for ger, being what you just said,or being a fraud. I think ger is a fraud, reasoning, the requim arrow was made to fight against diavolo, and the arrow gave giorno an ability to revert back time 10 seconds, and rtz is always on,when diavolo used te,rtz was already returning it back,as giorno used it before diavolo did. So the multiversal scales are fraudulent, its universal as every time ability is universal.
@@JosuGlubo Giorno's ability is canonically to revert the actions and will of any individual (Through Araki himself). Although it counters Diavolo/King Crimson, it doesn't ONLY counter Diavolo. WOU and GER are pretty similar in that regard, though one is offensive and the other is defensive. If you attempt to pursue Tooru, you get hit by a bus or something, if you attempt to attack Giorno, that attack never occurs. In that regard, GER surpasses Go Beyond, because it'll revert the action and will of Josuke launching the attack, aka it never will happen
@@SomeEpicDoge for rtz to even happen, giorno needs to hit that particular person(punch, ranged attack, anything that hurts the other),yes for josuke its a counter, josuke is relatively slow and would end up activating rtz which reverts back any actions and heals the user. For anybody that is faster than giorno or can stop time(Jotaro,DIO)he easy.Pucci would speedblitz Giorno while time stop users will stop time and destroy him in time stop. Johnny could win as how can Giorno hit him when hes in a wormhole. Hell even Joseph with hermit purple and part 2 hamon has a chance. Ger isnt as powerful as many ppl think.
@@JosuGlubo GER is passive, it isn't activated by Giorno. It's not a matter of speed or time hax anymore. Vs. DIO & Jotaro: GER itself is multidimensional, it will work during Timestop and revert that action. GER wins Vs. Johnny: There is something to be said with infinite rotation, but any attack to Giorno will be reverted by GER. GER wins. Vs. MIH: Speed isn't an issue. GER has incredible stats and will still activate as long as an attack is directed at him. GER wins. Vs. Josuke/Josuke 8. Part 4 Josuke has no shot, Josuke 8 might depending on Go Beyond, yet there's not enough evidence. GER wins/? Vs. Jonathan/Joseph: GER Wins. What are you cooking?
@@JosuGlubo Wait, wait, wait. "for rtz to even happen, giorno needs to hit that particular person(punch, ranged attack, anything that hurts the other)," No?? Giorno does not need to hit the other person to activate RTZ... Where'd you get that from?
I sorta disagree with Gappy placement/WOU scaling. Calamity being stated as the strongest flow doesn't mean that WOU scales above Jotaro or anything like that. For example, WOU is stronger than Goku. Does that mean that WOU has stats on par with Goku?Hell no, it just means that WOU can beat Goku. Giorno should've been №1 as his haxs would allow him to beat a wider variety of opponents than Gappy. Go Beyond is way too hard to land and even then it's not a one shot as Tooru clearly survived the hit.
Wou strongest villain statement and at least my interpretation that is jojolion jonnhy cameo is below calamity and more resent statements trumps any Ger statements and in feat wou>GER
Lowkey i think Jolyne is overall stronger than Josuke if we're looking at who could reasonably sustain/attack in a fight. Ik you said Jolyne has no hacks, which is true on like an OP scale, but the string is definitely moderate level of hacks. She can do split second stitchwork (which is better than josuke could do for himself in a 1v1), she can use her string for mobility by pulling herself, she's even cheated out most normally unbeatable stands thanks to her quick thinking with it like with C-Moon. In terms of combat her physical strength doesn't meet his but her versatility would have him btfo
I still feel like Giorno realistically bodies everyone here, including Gappy His ability defies logic itself, and again, despite the many arguments about the ability only working exclusively against Diavolo, that has never been confirmed. THEREFORE, if that is true, Giorno is on fraudwatch, but if it isn't there is realistically no good way of winning a fight against him. Especially for the protagonists. Gappy can possibly defeat him, but i dont think he ever would. GER seemed to apparently revert Diavolo's actions to a point where they hadn't even happened. I feel like the same would happen with Gappy. Despite Go Beyond not existing, the point is that calamity is something that works on what we can perceive, and Go Beyond does not abide by the laws of the world of Jojo's. Based on that, i think it's safe to say something like GER that also doesn't, could perceive it as an attack. Not because it exists, but because there was intent behind it. TLDR; I still think Giorno is the strongest character in the series because not even Go Beyond could possibly work on GER
Gabbi scaling to WoU is not fair, as WoU has the ultimate hax of the whole series, and gabbi happens to be the only person to have a direct anti WoU hax. Thus, he indeed beats WoU, as the latter has no stats, but would loose to a number of other characters, including Joestars. He is still weaker than GER (although he has the technical ability to win, unlike, say, Jolene); he gets demolished by time stop, and his attacks are slower then Johnny's, making them easier to dodge. Also, I don't see young Joseph beating Josuke and Jolene, as his stats are not as useful against stands.
@@josephrogers3666 he can kill anyone in the verse in theory, but unlike WOU can also be killed by many. Jotaro would end him in an instant despite all the hax, and he would also instantly perish against WOU.
@pinthecool1 oh I agree without the speed to keep up with original universe scaling or pasly park to aim the bubbles from his birth mark that have the properties he would lose in a fight almost guaranteed I just think ignoring the fact the go beyond if aimed right has the speed and ap/power the one hit anyone in the verse is un fair
People really love to underestimate Jonathan, no? Talking about raw power alone Jonathan is the single strongest Hamon user in the series, bar none (not counting Ultimate Lifeform Kars, of course). He mastered Hamon in a week, something that other Hamon users took years or even decades to master. Joseph never actually mastered Hamon but he compensated that by being a very strategic, resourceful fighter, and that's why he was able to defeat foes that were way above his league.
I love Jonathan as anyone should. He's awesome but it feels disingenuous to say he's better than Joseph in hamon. Jonathan learned hamon in a week or so. He still needed Zeppeli's power boost to beat Tarkus and Dio. Meanwhile Joseph was naturally talented with hamon as a child, he beat Straizo who was written to be a equivalent to Dio for Joseph to beat and held his own against Santana and Wamuu before training who are far more resilient to hamon and the sun than vampires. Joseph trained for a month to be able to defeat Esidisi and Wamuu. Yes his victories revolve heavily around deception and sleight of hand but he still needed to have amped hamon to be able to kill. Not to mention his techniques with hamon are much more refined than Jonathan's. Jonathan is physically stronger than Joseph but Joseph is more refined in hamon.
I feel like the difference of part 1 and 2 is really simple: Jonathon struggled to get his hamon to a point to damage vampires. Joseph didn't, he killed a Dio level threat at the start, and then he trained his hamon to damage PIllarmen who quite literally eat vampires. I feel like it's the most one to one scaling and you really can't rank Jonathon higher.
No. This comment is underestimating Joseph.Joseph’s sheer hamon power when EXHAUSTED was enough to cleave through base kar’s arm blade. Base Kars >>>>>> dio in every way. Not only is joseph faster (but probably not) stronger, but his hamon is able to contest with pillar men. Jonathan’s hamon wouldn’t do the same. AND Jonathan gets cleared by Lisa Lisa, who is also a master of hamon who is able to contest pillar men.
I swear tusk broke through dc4 love train(infinte amount of dimensional walls=infinte space) and reached out to hit funny valentine mind you he was tryna get deeper into love train which i say again has infinte space. Aslo lovely video again
Brought this up on another video regarding Pucci getting tagged. Pucci, due to MiH, moves with the accelerated time of the universe. Non-living and dead objects do this as well while living ones move at regular speed. So Jolyne tagging him isn't as impressive when you realize that not only is he distracted by her sudden disappearance followed by her trying to Rush him, was hit with the knife, a non-living object, that's being thrown by her Stand, a "living" object, causing a massive disconnect between the movements the stand is taking to throw the knife and the actual speed of the knife. Stone Free is basically moving at normal speed throwing the knife, followed by the knife flying forward at ridiculous speeds not proportional to the force it was being thrown with (much like the baseball incident earlier in MiH's Time Accel).
If it doesn't state that Diegos the world is the same, than it also doesn't state it isn't the same. Both Johnny and Gappy have abilities that both beat abilities nothing could beat.
I think it’ll be revealed that Jodio is somehow using calamity in his rain the same way Wonder Of U’s calamity used rain like how Josuke was using the spin in his bubbles
Something i'd like to addto this; While the ranking for Josuke(8) might change if you consider his ability to have been retconned from the op debut abilities. With Go Beyond, his great stats, feats and his surprise weapon of Kira's explosive bubbles still make him a big enough threat to stay comfy at the top of A (effectively doing nothing)
@@Dark139hunter That was what i was referring to with "stats". Though regardless this comment was mostly made to remind viewers how many tricks Josuke has up his sleeves. (Bubbles{in general}, blunder, explosive spin/Kira's bubbles, Go Beyond, punching ghost with relatively high stats, impressive durability {wou scaling} and being part of the "master tactician club" of Joestars, though not being in the same level as the big 3 of Joseph, Jolyne and Giorno)
@@Dark139hunter I see! But by only moving from S to top of A, effectively not changing anything, since he's still above everyone else. Just now he wouldn't be as impossible to defeat as with the ability sto steal consepts, so no S tier. I can see what may have caused the confusion.
Honestly I think the argument for GER can be made or broken depending on the interpretation for Epitaph. If we go by JoJo’s narrative that fate is linear or predetermined, GER denying the reality that Epitaph saw would mean it’s above fate itself and genuinely has no chance of losing because fate does its bidding. Hence the statement that it told Diavolo which was that no stand or person before him will ever reach the truth, the truth in this case being Giorno being hurt or GER itself being overpowered by a stand. That is if we go by the narrative that GER is above fate itself and can manipulate anything to its will as long as it avoids the predetermined faith wherein it or giorno gets harmed or defeated
Tusk act 4 can move in stopped time and is essentially a one shot ability with utilizing infinity how does jotaro beat Johnny? Star platinum couldn’t even get close enough to him to do anything.

I'm not sure I buy that Straizo is legitimately better in terms of raw scaling than part 1 Dio even if I can't quite put into words _why._ Suffice it to say, though, I think one reason is the fact that Straizo said he'd win because he's better than Dio, only to then immediately get bodied by Joseph, should cast doubt on him actually being better than Dio. I'd make the case you shouldn't factor him positing he's stronger than Dio into scaling for the same reason I'd argue you shouldn't take the _many_ stand users in the series who've arrogantly said they were invincible as a sign that they are, in fact, invincible; much like them, Straizo was an unreliable narrator that provably overestimated his abilities and their limitations.
Question. You are right that there are no defined speed feats in Part 1. That said wouldnt Jonathan scale to Part 3 Dio's speed since you've addressed this multiple times as well as the series that. Dio was weaker than his part 1 self through the majority of part 3 and either A. Reached his original strength by drinking Joseph's blood or B. Close to his original self. So if Jonathan could beat pt 1 Dio, would it be fair to say he's relative to pt 3 Dio speed wise or no?@@METAsMETAs
About Jodio let's be real, his ability while strong is a lot more situational, as it requires both an open enough area for his rather tall stand to fit in but also depends on positioning.
In my opnion of the top tiers Johnny > Giorno > Gappy > Jotaro And i'll explain why Johnny > Giorno cause of the infinite rotation bypassing return to zero, since there isn't a way to return something that is infinite and that is always constantly making energy Johnny giorno > gappy because even gappy himself could not defeat WOU alone even with the perfect counter stand, because of the simple fact *he can not control go beyond bubbles* If he could, he would win agains't both of them, but gappy's normal controlable bubbles are slower than tusk's nails and can not bypass RTZ Johnny > jotaro Jotaro is a close range only user, so Johnny needs to only shoot a Single nail from far away to win And a single touch from tusk4 can make him spin violently Johnny >>> all
@@raidenpainn1561 Technically even if he couldnt revert the energy of the IR, he could probably still revert the nail since it was also affected by Time stop

Fraud Watch for Giorno is so funny 😂 I saw someone make a meme on Twitter featuring him and GER and he was labeled “potential man”, and one of the disses on there was “all if’s and when’s, never ‘is’” or something like that.
I think Jolyne has the potential to beat Star Platnium, as if she learned marionette, she could pull some of the Magnet tricks against Jotaro but on a whole different level.
GER is on "fraud watch" in my eyes as there was no indication that it could react even in time skip but right after it, since Diavolo has to attack his opponents after it not in it, so GER has basically zero feats of being able to do anything in time stop nor has any better reaction feats than against King Crimson, which would just result in donut or ora barrage; i would have to put him in the bottom of A tier with also Star Platinum's time stop being said (in Stone Ocean) to be the strongest ability ever which includes GER (up until Made in Heaven became a thing ofc). I wouldn't go as far as Jobber to say that GER loses to Silver Chariot but it still is pretty overrated in my opinion. Also in my eyes Tusk really doesn't need speed scaling that much since just his hax being basically 4D entity with just straight up higher dimensionality, it shouldn't really matter speed wise since it's just way above concepts of speed in 3D (being able to cross from one 3D universe to another due to raw dimensionality is way bigger speed feat than anything like highest speeds in 3D just moving in that one universe) and ap is, as you said, literally infinite. Same would basically go for Go Beyond bubbles, just no matter how fast you are it catches up to you if you're below multiversal range. Also this may sound little bit like headcannon, but i think Tusk actually has ability to fully move in time stop, it just needs time to get used to it, like Jotaro or DIO needed when they discovered their abilities, but again it shouldn't really matter that much if Tusk is just above dimensionality wise since dimensionality>hax. Then with B tier i'm just slightly biased to Jolyne, so i would probably put her with Josuke above young Joseph, but again might just be my bias, but i would definetly put Josuke above her and all Josephs. Then Gappy is just above all of them, since everyone else just gets fucked by logic unlike Go Beyond. So with all of this my tier list would look like (positions in tiers matter): S: Josuke 8 A: Johnny (might even be between S/A, like A+), Jotaro, Giorno B: Josuke, Jolyne/Joseph C: Jonathan N/A: Jodio with villains it would be: S: Josuke 8, Tooru A: Johnny, Funny Valentine, Pucci B: Kars, DIO, Jotaro, Giorno, Diavolo C: Kira (if Kira has non-stand user nearby but hasn't attached bites the dust to him yet, it's otherwise almost impossible to compare bites the dust with others it's either insta win-with few exceptions or it's useless), Josuke, Jolyne/Joseph D: Jonathan, Dio N/A: Jodio
Would you be down to discuss GER's scaling on Discord? I believe that I could change your mind on his scaling. We can do it over UA-cam but I prefer Discord by a landslide lol
How are you gonna say GER is on fraud watch and have gappy at the top when bro had his ass literally put on life support by some fodder ass rock insects? If his opponent isnt WoU hes getting slammed
The timeskip hadn't ended yet? Diavolo was just getting his attack ready so that it would hit right after his timeskip ended. That was his whole thing... Literally a few panels later he's talking about how his "timeskip" is reversing. It hasn't ended by that point. GER's ability literally defies fate itself, something that no character has shown to be above other than GER by proving Epitaphs prediction to be incorrect.
So my one question with all the hype behind S&W:GB is the actual power of the stand itself, rather than specifically the bubbles. I agree with all the statements said about GB's bubbles, how they exist above the physics and logic that WoU reigns over. But from what I know, I don't think that alone places it at the pinnacle of stands. I've personally never really liked the basic "A beats B beats C, therefore A beats C" of powerscaling, at least when it comes to a series with abilities as specific and creatively applicable as JoJo's. Yes, WoU is the strongest antag stand. That's not really something arguable, statements by Araki as well as basic logic just kind of show how it trounces every previous villain stand, outside of maybe some MiH shenanigans, or maybe a stalemate (as long as FV stays in the barriers) with D4C:LT. But I don't think that automatically makes S&W:GB the most powerful main JoJo stand. I do agree that its probably one of, if not the most powerful one-shot ability out of any of them, but that's not all there is to a battle. I don't think I've seen any arguments for S&W:GB's power outside of the creative applications of plunder and the fact that he beat Toru. While I do doubt something like GER could undo the creation of the GB bubbles, which does make me curious about if Mandom's time rewind or TW's time stop would even do anything to the bubbles, they're explicitly very difficult to aim and Josuke needs help from abilities like Paisley Park to make the most of them. Just for an example, let's look at an already tried and tested matchup: Johnny vs Josuke. Most matchups I've seen only really focus on the actual destructive power of each of their respective one-shot abilities, a perspective that is always going to favour Gappy in that interaction. But I don't think I've seen any acknowledgement of each of their respective tactics. In an actual fight between the two, I'm of the opinion that it would be significantly easier for Johnny to tag Josuke than the other way around. GB bubbles are difficult to aim, and Johnny is a very mobile threat between his horse and Tusk Act 3. Meanwhile, Johnny can position his hands just about anywhere on the battlefield to fire his 10 Act 4 shots at the far less mobile Josuke. I'm not saying its a stomp either way, but I think people focus far too much on S&W:GB's raw, literal logic-defying power rather than how practical that power actually is. Something that a lot of the JoJo stands will do is be almost perfectly specialized to defeat their respective main villain, especially if its a stand that gets a power-up. Jotaro needed to defeat DIO, so he got an ability that stood on equal ground with TW. Giorno needed to defeat a stand that gives him additional agency in the face of fate, so he got a requiem that removed that agency altogether. Johnny and Josuke both needed to defeat stands with abilities that prevented attacks from landing, so they both got abilities that could force their way past those barriers. Yes, in terms of who they defeated, Toru is significantly more powerful than DIO. But in a Josuke/Jotaro battle, what is S&W:GB going to do when Jotaro stops time before Josuke can punch his bubbles in the vague direction of Jotaro, walks behind him, and caves in his skull?
It makes me sad to hear Johnny has Gone down the joestar totem pole he’s used to be 2nd even with go beyond but the more statements came out for go beyond and wonder of u he went down to third and now seeing him in 4th is kinda disheartening especially since him and tusk are my favorite stand and joestar though josuke and soft and wet go beyond have grown on me to 2nd favorite
Aight cool, i think jonathan should be a B minimum though seeig as if he had his *confirmed* stand which is just a different version of hermit purple, he'd probably be much more versatile. And i believe that jonathan would keep up his hamon training had he not died, meaning he'd be around when stands became relevant (Had his body not been the requirement to start the joestars stands.)
Shouldn't Tusk Act 4 scale to it's infinite rotation & D4C:LT since, he was able rip apart the Love Train barrier which only his bullet was able to pierce it?
@@raidenpainn1561 I wholeheartedly agree with your proposition & keep in mind, this is the same barrier that was ONLY penetrated by infinite rotation from Tusk Act 4.

Soft and Wet is so scary to me as he stole all the air from Yotsuyu forcing him to drown imagine if he was more sadistic and all the other ways he could plunder I imagine him taking a persons ability to feel pain as he beats them to near death so that they can watch and do nothing that to me is levels of terrifying that I can't comprehends
4:13 now looking at this Joseph artwork, it's kinda funny that in more recent arts Araki always depicts Joseph using a Pilot's hat even tho every single time Joseph was shown on a plane something bad happened.
I always feel like I'm missing something, I thought Gappys go beyond bubbles were about as strong as his regular ones, but wonder of u wasn't able to deflect them because they approximated to zero, to not exist, and you can't be pursued by what doesn't exist? Like a hard counter rather than sheer overpowering. Did I misunderstand something?
I don't like to scale GER. I think you did extremely well with it, but I like to scale GIORNO, in my eyes, GER is not Giorno, purely because it's not something he can achieve without the Requiem arrow, and on that same note, if GE is one of the weaker JoJo protagonist stands, what about if Star Platinum used the requiem arrow and Jotaro? How unfair could that even be...
king crimson was way stronger than silver chariot and ended up beating chariot requiem, which it is stated that GER is Stronger than chariot requiem, plus GER's confirmed ability is controlling "Absolut 0" basing this off of infinity theory "0" is the base point for everything, and as soon as the object reaches 1 it comes into existence and carries on counting up as is exists for longer, by that logic GER Controls the base point of all existing things from people to the universe it self making GER a singularity/singular point effectively GER is an anomaly in the universe making it unbeatable as it exists on its on terms. hence the strongest stand.
because anime powerscaling is autistic as shit and almost never makes sense because the people doing the scaling remove any and all context to the feats that they use as examples.
So if Jonathan could beat pt 1 Dio, would it be fair to say he's relative to pt 3 Dio speed wise or no?
METAs-Senpai I'll like to disagree on several points. Idk if you'll see this but here I go -First, I don't think Jonathan should be rank below old Joseph. I agree he is the weakest JoJo but the way you presented him make him look bad in my eyes. Let me start with his power. People mention how Jonathan got killed by a vampire but Joseph beat one first try. Jonathan did beat a vampire first try. He withstood DIO's attacks, blow after blow, before learning Hamon. Jonathan fought two powerful Zombies (Which I believe are stronger than part2 vampires). One which as a human, was so strong he survived and broke five axes with his neck before the 6th got him. The other was said to be very fast but I don't know how much. Jonathan cleaved through Tarkus like he was paper. And broke the collar he could not even with his additional zombie power. In terms of speed, we can use DIO as comparism as you do. In this case take Part3 DIO without his stand (who should be physically weaker than his part1 self due to Jonathan rejecting him) . He was able to react to Kakyoin's ES (which you said was faster than Silver Chariot's attacks in a previous video : SP vs KC) Also, DIO lifting a steam roller says alot ( You could argue he was powered up). Now there are not many strategic feats in part 1 due to basic abilities. But Jonathan was clearly able to use his environment in his fights. Joseph had an easier time due to guns, grenades, planes and stuff and the others had their stands. Jonathan is pretty OP when you look at it well. Secondly, I cant accept Joseph is stronger than Jolyne, Josuke4 and base Giorno. He may be smarter but its not a big difference as all JoJos have proven several times to be able to outsmart their opponents. Its just they have different skills to work with (Like Jotaro is smarter than Josuke4 but doesn't pull the smarter feats because he doesn't have a versatile ability) Josuke4 is close to SP in terms of power and speed. Jolyne was fast enough to wound Pucci and hold her own for sometime against MIH and Giorno can gaurd against Diavolo's Time Skip attack on time. Kars' Light mode is able to react to a machine gun bullet but Joseph has not gone through a Speed attack Showdown against Kars. Also Josuke4 has taken alot of punishment from opponents like getting thrown at 70kmh on a pavement, taking blast from killerQueen and other stuff. Jolyne took several bullets in her fights, set her body on fire, fought Rikiel with a twisted leg, got turned inside out the same day by CMoon and took on MIH. Giorno in 1week fought vicious stand users one by one, without previous battle experience. I don't think Part2 Joseph can compare alot to them. He's Op thou. Also, im happy someone finally admits Jotaro could fight and beat Johnny But Lastly, I think Go Beyond is given to much credit. I will still keep Gappy as Number 1 but will tie him with Giorno. Go beyond is like Tusk act 4. Its a one-shot ability. Gappy cant aim correctly and could miss, so its OP as long as it touches you. Go Beyond looks like it will pass through Time stop as it exist outside reality. But it i cant say for sure it can beat Return to Zero. RTZ can literally change fate, which no one else have clearly done in JoJo till date( idk about the end of Stone Ocean, if that counts) It means Giorno also have reality bending powers as he can change fate in JoJo. Anyways its upto Araki to decide what is Canon. I will rank the JoJos like; 1# Gappy and Giorno(GER) 2# Jotaro and Johnny 3# Giorno(above Josuke4 and Jolyne because he has speed A, is versatile, Stamina and Brutal/no mercy) 4# Josuke 5# Jolyne 6# Joseph 7# Jonathan 8# Old Joseph Thanks for going through. This is my own point of view. Feel free to disagree like I did.
Gappy, Johnny, Jotaro, Josuke, Giorno(without requiem obviously), Joleyne, Johnathan, Joseph imo. The last two (or first two Jojos) could be swapped depending on the argument but I think Johnathan out powers Joseph even with Joseph’s stand.
The idea that ‘massively faster than light’ is a phrase that doesn’t come from physics but instead comes from anime fans is unreal to me ‘Don’t get caught up in this logical fallacy’ *proceeds to be totally illogical
Nothing about this is "illogical", you are merely ignorant. There are calculations (which are based on mathematics and physics) and Araki statements which place certain JJBA characters at speeds faster than light
You can scale josuke to s tier but in reality he’s not stronger then any of the joestars in excluding jonathen and Joseph using part 7 and 8 scaling every joestar below him would blitz him and 1 tap him in while he has the most op ability he wouldn’t ever really win in a fight the only reason why josuke is so terrifying is cause he’s a direct counter to tooru but this doesn’t really get him anywhere
What in the heck are you talking about? Gappy alone with just regular Soft and Wet would be able to dominate all the Joestars below the A tier, considering how broken it is with it's plunder ability along with the fact of how smart Gappy is. Then put Soft and Wet and Go Beyond in the conversation, and tell me who is going to beat him!
@@cameronsmith7040 you can have the best ability ever but it doesn’t matter if you can’t hit for example let’s say happy hits jolyne with plunder and takes her sight jolynes been able to fight without seeing so that wouldn’t matter then she’d tie him up and rock his ass And for josukes part he isn’t fast enough to dodge a single attack of theirs nore have the durability to withstand it it’s like um the Gojo PROBELM He can’t be hit by normal punches but just because he can’t be hit doesn’t mean he can hit you if your too fast the fight will just be stalemate only for josuke they can hit him rather quickly as well
Before i watch ima give my opinion/predictions 1. Giorno 2. Johnny 3. Gappy 4. Jotaro 5/6. Josuke/jolyne(I'm leaning towards Josuke winning but this is the closest matchup) 7. Joseph 8. Jonathan 9. Jodio
Dude, it’s kinda crazy to me that I can say to someone “Hey, you know how matter can’t be created or destroyed? It’s just like a fact of nature? Well, there’s this one guy…”
I feel like the existence of Tusk Act 4 beats Star Platinum the World which puts him above Jotaro. Jotaro is by far a more consistent in ability and fighting, but the high end is where a head to head fight would end.
So based off your video and your scaling which makes sense, GER wouldn’t be able to stop a go beyond bubble. Could he be able to reset the damage he took from the go beyond bubble back to zero or could he just use the base abilities of GE to heal himself? I still believe Giorno wins purely if you take both of those into account but if that’s not the case then Gappy beats him
The sun feat has always seemed a bit outlierish to me. we consistently see a bunch of building level feats and nothing really physically on par with that ever again. I’m also kind of sus about scaling WOU’s physical stats to previous villains because the araki quote you showed seems to be saying that it’s the ability to control calamity that makes him the strongest antagonist But besides those (and saying that Pucci just has infinite speed) I agree with most of the scaling in the video and would probably rank them similarly. Keep it up
@Thatnigga468 he has infinitely increasing speed ≠ infinite speed because with infinite speed he would've easily speed blitzed everyone without them even noticing
@@benjamingutierrez2191 he doesn't, because it has a limit which is the end of the universe. But up until then it will continue getting faster and faster
I'm not sure if I follow entirely on how something being able to damage something else works for the scaling here; as generally, the assumption is that if character A(vaguely weaker) manages to damage character B(calced to be at insert level) to some/a notable extent, character A is upscaled to around but not necessarily equal to character B. However in the section on Jolyne's durability, she gets downscaled(to a non-specific degree which isn't really relevant to the overall point) off of weaker characters being able to damage her. I'm wondering if there's like, specifics to those interactions that make this a different case from the usual scaling logic.
am I hallucinating or do I hear SMT and Persona music in the background??🔥✨(can’t quite hear very well with his voice and I don’t wanna blast my ears with the video on full volume in my headphones) edit: Yeah it is, we can hear it clearly at the end of the video
Let's give our respect to Joseph Joestar. He survived against both the Pillar Men and DIO's group, survived a volcano erupting right under his feet, died and came back, and he was still alive during Part 6.
The guy may not have been very powerful, but his survival skills are SS tier.

@@legitbooty2989 but it's humanely impossible, how can joseph outplay someone with 400 IQ if that's not even an achievable metric to begin with
@@blackxfiied_ i mean, not sure once you past 300 what you are even calculating, 400 is basically you can instantly figure out anything you observe, if not even some greater understanding than what we currently know people capable of. joseph didnt outplay Kars via intelligence though, he had luck/fate on his side. he even says he didnt plan it out to happen as it did.

The issue with so many of the new stands and parts is that they just get so broken and pointlessly infinitely strong (like Wonder of U and GER type broken)

(he lost the fight due to weird situational aspects+it's a race, so time stop and countering your ability is kind of important)
However, it was really satisfying seeing a list where it showed different variations of the characters. My preference would be the characters throughout the arc+the character when they unlock the BS end of arc hax (such as seeing non time stop Jotaro, non requiem Giorno, No Go Beyond Gappy, and different acts of Johnny) but really fun video regardless of my personal nit picks.
Johnny gets shot by bullets throughout the part tbf
Tusk Act 4 is op as hell, but Johnny is kinda the dumbest Jojo, so that pulls him down a peg.

"I am about to lose my shit"
-Jodio Joestar

WHA WHY ARE YOU BRINGING UP GOKU😭😭😭😭

Nah the moment people bring up Goku or Saitama is the hint that their opinion doesn’t matter
Honestly valid point
I definitely agree. As long as Jolyne does not say anything about josukes hair, she would beat him in a 1v1 fight
I still feel like Giorno realistically bodies everyone here, including Gappy
His ability defies logic itself, and again, despite the many arguments about the ability only working exclusively against Diavolo, that has never been confirmed.

I feel like the difference of part 1 and 2 is really simple:
Jonathon struggled to get his hamon to a point to damage vampires. Joseph didn't, he killed a Dio level threat at the start, and then he trained his hamon to damage PIllarmen who quite literally eat vampires. I feel like it's the most one to one scaling and you really can't rank Jonathon higher.
People underestimate Joseph insanely
@HabitualThinker Not only that but Joseph ripped off the seats off an airplane which require 325 Mpa.That's insane
EOH Jotaro: so it’s the same type of stand as star platinum

Something i'd like to addto this; While the ranking for Josuke(8) might change if you consider his ability to have been retconned from the op debut abilities. With Go Beyond, his great stats, feats and his surprise weapon of Kira's explosive bubbles still make him a big enough threat to stay comfy at the top of A (effectively doing nothing)

Unless giorno was fated to "change fate" in the way that he does

I'm not sure I buy that Straizo is legitimately better in terms of raw scaling than part 1 Dio even if I can't quite put into words _why._
Suffice it to say, though, I think one reason is the fact that Straizo said he'd win because he's better than Dio, only to then immediately get bodied by Joseph, should cast doubt on him actually being better than Dio.
I would say at best they are relative~
Even though Santana is superior to Dio,Straizo most definitely isn't.Dio drank the blood of many people which boosted his dormant power.

Can't wait to see how this comment ages
Let’s come back to this in a year and see how that pans out
In my opnion of the top tiers
Johnny > Giorno > Gappy > Jotaro
And i'll explain why
Johnny > Giorno cause of the infinite rotation bypassing return to zero, since there isn't a way to return something that is infinite and that is always constantly making energy
Johnny giorno > gappy because even gappy himself could not defeat WOU alone even with the perfect counter stand, because of the simple fact *he can not control go beyond bubbles*
If he could, he would win agains't both of them, but gappy's normal controlable bubbles are slower than tusk's nails and can not bypass RTZ
Johnny > jotaro
Jotaro is a close range only user, so Johnny needs to only shoot a
Single nail from far away to win
And a single touch from tusk4 can make him spin violently
Johnny >>> all
Return to Zero isn't a barrier, it just removes the cause from the effect. So it will just stop act 4 from happening in the first place.
@@raidenpainn1561 Technically even if he couldnt revert the energy of the IR, he could probably still revert the nail since it was also affected by Time stop

@@konoheisenbergda exactly this. This shit makes me want to tear my eyes out cause of how context is completely ignored for all these characters. Giving old joseph MFTL genuinely spawned a cancer cell in my brain.

Fraud Watch for Giorno is so funny 😂 I saw someone make a meme on Twitter featuring him and GER and he was labeled “potential man”, and one of the disses on there was “all if’s and when’s, never ‘is’” or something like that.
That was jobber😭😭😭
I think Jolyne has the potential to beat Star Platnium, as if she learned marionette, she could pull some of the Magnet tricks against Jotaro but on a whole different level.
Gappy just has the ultimate hack. If something doesn't exist, it can't be time stopped nor reverted to zero.
It can be reverted to zero because the way it works is it removes the cause
@@raidenpainn1561no it can’t. You can’t rtz something that defies space and logic
@@captainb.mccrea5480 ger rtz something that defied time... And logic and space=time.
Power scaling is insane we just casually say a character is massively faster than light (+)
No JJBA character is MFTL+, they are MFTL at most
you could scale johnny to universal strength due to TA4 being able to grab and move apart love train
So with all of this my tier list would look like (positions in tiers matter):
S: Josuke 8
A: Johnny (might even be between S/A, like A+), Jotaro, Giorno
B: Josuke, Jolyne/Joseph
C: Jonathan
N/A: Jodio
with villains it would be:
S: Josuke 8, Tooru
A: Johnny, Funny Valentine, Pucci
B: Kars, DIO, Jotaro, Giorno, Diavolo
C: Kira (if Kira has non-stand user nearby but hasn't attached bites the dust to him yet, it's otherwise almost impossible to compare bites the dust with others it's either insta win-with few exceptions or it's useless), Josuke, Jolyne/Joseph
D: Jonathan, Dio
N/A: Jodio

I don't like to scale GER. I think you did extremely well with it, but I like to scale GIORNO, in my eyes, GER is not Giorno, purely because it's not something he can achieve without the Requiem arrow, and on that same note, if GE is one of the weaker JoJo protagonist stands, what about if Star Platinum used the requiem arrow and Jotaro? How unfair could that even be...
You messed up with Johnny his scaling puts him top 3
king crimson was way stronger than silver chariot and ended up beating chariot requiem, which it is stated that GER is Stronger than chariot requiem, plus GER's confirmed ability is controlling "Absolut 0" basing this off of infinity theory "0" is the base point for everything, and as soon as the object reaches 1 it comes into existence and carries on counting up as is exists for longer, by that logic GER Controls the base point of all existing things from people to the universe it self making GER a singularity/singular point effectively GER is an anomaly in the universe making it unbeatable as it exists on its on terms. hence the strongest stand.
Chariot requiem wasn't fully developed but if it was it would probably be a lot stronger, especially with a user

METAs-Senpai I'll like to disagree on several points. Idk if you'll see this but here I go
-First, I don't think Jonathan should be rank below old Joseph.
Its just they have different skills to work with (Like Jotaro is smarter than Josuke4 but doesn't pull the smarter feats because he doesn't have a versatile ability)
Josuke4 is close to SP in terms of power and speed.
Also, im happy someone finally admits Jotaro could fight and beat Johnny
But Lastly, I think Go Beyond is given to much credit.
I will rank the JoJos like;
1# Gappy and Giorno(GER)
2# Jotaro and Johnny
3# Giorno(above Josuke4 and Jolyne because he has speed A, is versatile, Stamina and Brutal/no mercy)
4# Josuke
5# Jolyne
6# Joseph
7# Jonathan
8# Old Joseph

Jonathan?

So based off your video and your scaling which makes sense, GER wouldn’t be able to stop a go beyond bubble. Could he be able to reset the damage he took from the go beyond bubble back to zero or could he just use the base abilities of GE to heal himself? I still believe Giorno wins purely if you take both of those into account but if that’s not the case then Gappy beats him
The sun feat has always seemed a bit outlierish to me. we consistently see a bunch of building level feats and nothing really physically on par with that ever again.
I’m also kind of sus about scaling WOU’s physical stats to previous villains because the araki quote you showed seems to be saying that it’s the ability to control calamity that makes him the strongest antagonist
But besides those (and saying that Pucci just has infinite speed) I agree with most of the scaling in the video and would probably rank them similarly. Keep it up
Pucci is confirmed and has shown infinite speed though in all sources(manga, anime and the data book)
@Thatnigga468 he has infinitely increasing speed ≠ infinite speed because with infinite speed he would've easily speed blitzed everyone without them even noticing
@@raidenpainn1561he literally does, the only thing that stopped him was an invisible area of instant death.

Prob cause she's amped
@@michaelmorbillionmorbius3596 that’s not a factor in the scenarios tho aside from Planet Waves

am I hallucinating or do I hear SMT and Persona music in the background??🔥✨(can’t quite hear very well with his voice and I don’t wanna blast my ears with the video on full volume in my headphones)
edit: Yeah it is, we can hear it clearly at the end of the video
Ignore it
