New name for Galactica needs to be sort of a foil for Nemesis maybe something like "Avenger" and give it a repaint and a station upgrade. Change the back story perhaps. It's too random at the moment
During our visit to scarefest last week, we noticed what looked like some of the queue line fencing and trees having been removed from the extended queue line which goes up and round the hill after passing under the entrance structure. Wondering if this is from clearing space for the crane during construction or if, maybe a preshow building could be being built there, although I've not seen any planning permits for a construction in this area. What do you think, Dan? 😀
They could have a closed system for the red coloured waterfalls only and then use underwater red lighting to coloured the pool below. No environmental issue and the the pool would look 100 times better.
Nemesis is my favourite coaster in the UK! All it needs now is the waterfalls to return and give the rest of the area the same love nemesis has got in the past year.
I remember when Thorpe park added detonator, vortex and zodiac all in one year. Then they added rush and slammer in one year also. I don’t get why Alton can’t do the same. We need permanent, well built and themed flat rides.

I personally enjoy the rides at Thorp Par more: Colossu, Th Swar, Nemesi Infern, Sa: Th Rid and Stealt as well as Flyin Fis are elite in my opinion. I can’t wait for the opening of their future coaster Hyperi.
Can't lie, it would be cool to bring back the VR on Galactica, but completely rebrand it, the VR could be the POV of a fighter jet or something, fleeing from the escaped monster, and you can look back (or down i suppose) to see the giant nemesis monster chasing you.... but thats just me 😅
