Engineers are humans at the end of the day and working in the studio world Since 2018, most artist I record are rap artist and guess what most of them are street dudes and some have no respect and think cause they made it and got money they can do whatever they want. Guess what bro some of us got dignity, and I roll solely on respect. We all grown men in a room, if respect isn’t present then nothing good will come after… I have witnessed many engineers that don’t mind all that and watched the get to the top. If that’s how you roll thats on you but people like that give the impression that this is the standard when you deal with your engineer as artist and its just not right!
