You've scratched the surface of a really cool interview format I haven't really seen yet on UA-cam. I tried this a few years ago, but my storytelling wasn't at a level where I could sustain the interest for very long. Better you than me, because it's an editing beast, but I hope we see more like this soon :):) Also, I'd watch a Tosh reality series called "The Berklee Years", and play a drinking game based on what date in the calendar year he'd finally have to put on a shirt. I'm betting December 1.
Thanks Nate! Still improving on the style as I go, haha. I think it could be cool in the future to do similar type interviews like this but really just hit the main points and maybe make the full interview a podcast type thing or just put the whole video of it up for those who are interested! Also thinking of putting other short parts of the interview up in different segments like a Gary Vee style video depending on the topic! Also, doubt Tosh would ever put on a shirt again if he had the option not too 😂.
He really sounds like Thomas at that ending clip, all makes sense lol. I remember when I first saw his IG videos only like 3 years ago, so crazy that he did all that like immediately after! Great vid man, really interesting story. Gives me hope.
hey man love your drumming and your phrasing. Quick question, I see that you are recording with a mixing board. Have you figured out how to get multiple inputs? I have a peavey 14 channel mixer and I can only get out 2 inputs. I've looked up how to get more than just the 2 inputs but I've found nothing.
Eric Wells II I actually got the board I have because it has the ability to multitrack as many inputs as I put in! Most mixers/boards like that only have a stereo out via usb.
Yea that’s what I figured, I’ve had that thing for the longest time. I have a Scarlet 18i20 interface and it’s amazing, I love it. I just don’t want this mixer/board go to waste.
nah, he's just a little faster and perhaps hits harder ( but that could be because his kit was closer to the camera ); he's pretty good, but i wouldn't say better. nice chops, though. and the whole shirtless thing is a tad bizarre 😂 but that's just me, i'm not into shirtless dudes.

December 1st was yesterday...
Met Tosh a while back and got to jam with him! He’s a great dude and an even better drummer. Such a humble guy:)

That was an amazing fill at the beginning
His chops are so fast, precise and loud that the climate warmed up just by him.
That beginning shred was awesome!!!
LA in the winter is pretty chilly. Oh wait, he's shredding.
He can really play! Thanks!
Bruhhh, that high-tuned snare is just s33333xxxx

Learnfull video! What microphone do you use for your camera?
more shed footage please!
i think i just lost 5 lbs watching that shed
His dad played at my high school graduation
What is that practice room? Looks like it might be a shipping container... ingenious if so.
Who are his parents? How’d he get such a quick and easy career
When is your birthday Tosh?
Broo!! Do an anime opening hahahaha
