THANK YOU. Not only did you save me a load of coin getting someone in to fix this, you educated. You are the reason why the internet is awesome. In actual fact, thanks also to the comments below about not shooting straight for the replace also. In my case I extracted the pressure tube (note that in my case I had to also remove the kitchen door panel to access the pressure switch attachment screw) and it was wayyyyyyy gunky. Therefore I bleached the hell out of it, replaced, and all seems well.
    THANK YOU again.

Thank you so much. My Dishwasher, a similar model from Juno, stopped working and just blinked 4 times when turning it on. I tried to clean all Filters, turned it on and off several times, even disconnected the power supply to try resetting it. The official support just answered in one sentence that I should clean the filters, nothing else. There is no information in the manual about how to reset the device.
However, I tried the reset combination you show in this video, pressing auto and eco and it worked. The dishwasher is just working again without even replacing the sensor. Thank you!
    greets from Germany

Hi, many thanks for your very informative video., as I had this same Error i40 show up. On removing the front metal plate and removing the pressure switch we noticed that the clear rubber pipe was totally blocked (dark yellow / brown colour at the end joining to the bottom of the machine. We cleaned this out using a long cable tie and later using a thin bottle brush fed in to the pipe from the machine end . You need to remove the plastic filter and screen on the lower part of the machine inside the wash compartment. There is a small hole on the left-hand side of the "sump" This leads to the presure switch . Thanks again.

Before you replace the pressure sensor, try blowing hard into the tube that connect to the pressure sensor and the sump. Disconnect and remove the pressure sensor, then blow hard in the diraction of the sump. Often a block of grease and soap will build up in the sump and cause the sensor to not properly read the water level

That switch.. how do you know exactly that it is broken, and how you get a new one? Knew exact type?

Looks like I have the exact same problem with my Electrolux dishwasher. Sure hope this helps.

It's a cheap item to try. I had the engineer(s) out 3 times before the warranty ran out and I had to fix it myself. they mainly say it's either the way it's plumbed in or food debris in the filter , both of which were complete rubbish. I've had no faults since the fix ... so far so good.

The same thing happens to me. I have cleaned the pressure switch and follow the i40 fault. Is it necessary to change the piece or how is it solved? Thank you

Hi. Thanks for your advice. Fitted new switch easily. Works again now but programme stops (I assume very near the end because when I open the door it is steaming) and is bleeping twice...any ideas?

Hmm not sure, mines been pain in arse since it was new, make sure food filter is clean, and check for flooding in the bottom. Other wise not sure

Well, my english is not very good. Then the problem solution is a new pressure sensor? Thanks!

Over designed piece of crap like most dishwashers today . Some chinese brands not lasting 6 mths before having major problems .mostly leaks from poor quality plastics and poor construction .

Since making the video I've also had to clean out the tube and I also poked a fine plastic cable tie into the inside of the pressure switch and with some rinsing dislodged debris. Keeping the filter properly locked in place is really important......
