I love this series of videos... Elvis was a real person (although he's notably the world's most famous man) but this series lets us, the fans get to know him on a more personal level. Thank you & keep up the outstanding job you do! I was lucky enough to meet Angie on our trip to Graceland in Sept. 2017 and she was gracious and kind. Thank you for sharing the archives w/us...
I love Gates of Graceland. That's what In want to see. All the lil' details of his live and Family. Love the autograph of Lisa in the kitchen. Remembers me of all the paintings under the wallpaper from my daughter. All kids doing the same it seems. Elvis, you will never be forgotten.
After our recent visit to Memphis & Graceland, I want to watch GoG episodes all over again. Well done Tom & Angie. I cannot wait to visit Graceland again.
Another intimate video, showing personal Elvis equipment, that you wont see elsewhere. Congratulations. Very unique Historical Elvis Video. LONG LIVE THE KING.
At this point in time there is nothing in the archives not catalogued but there are so many items there are things that have not been touched in decades
Really thrilling to see these items with story and great to know how used they were by Elvis.... They really were hoarders but kept everything to our delight
Hi Angie.Tom absolutely beautiful.what a joy to see Elvis daily sports items.love it.thank you so much for sharing this wonderful posting with us all.WOW. Angie can I ask how you got into Elvis and how your job came about.? What year ? Thanks x
At 16:09 the guy standing next to Elvis on the Left is a man and good friend that i knew. His name was Dale Dean and use to be a boxer and he would tell me story's of Elvis and playing foot ball with him. he also had a photo of this. Sadly he passed away. But i will never forget him.
Graceland is truly a come see over and over . . . There is so much to see. It's great to know there's the possibility of seeing something come on display while something else gets a rest. This series shares from real pieces part of Elvis life. I was a child in the 50s. I remember the Ed Sullivan Show, like everyone else it was a Sunday stapel in our home. His music and movies. But this series clearly is special because the evidence of the great human being his is (is, because this series brings him to life vision wise).
When Elvis was in Germany in the Army I have a relative who was there with him and Elvis also played softball and during a game Elvis got hit in the eye with the softball and there is a picture of Elvis with a Black eye and also a picture of Elvis in a tee shirt with cigarettes rolled up in the sleeve
I love this so interesting the care of these artifacts is amazing and the stories that go with them thankyou Angie and the team at Graceland I can't get enough xx
Just had major surgery. Hurt like hell now. Watch some EP, Now like James Brown,Elvis's Friend says,I FEEL GOOD..I was their for both shows,Thank you Red and Sonny for letting me.One Martial Artist to another.. Rest in peace my brothers.
Amazing I could see Dodger telling Elvis as he walks in the house with those mud cleats to take them off as he passes her bedroom door going up the stairs
It was interesting to learn that Elvis actually earned his black belt. All these years I thought that the Karate was just some cheesy shtick he did, sort of like his being an honorary police officer on several departments across the country.
Dziękuję za tak wiele informacji dotyczących z życia Elvisa. Zawsze to będzie dla mnie radością .Przesyłam dużo uścisków i pozdrowień z dalekiej Polski.
Imagine going through every nook and cranny of graceland and just being a snoop lol. All the interesting things you would find. I wish his room wasn't off limits.
Check out the Spa Guy's videos. He goes back to the football fields where Elvis played and compares them with photos taken back in the day. Very cool stuff.
I loved Elvis my whole life , when I was in grade school I bet a book from the scholastic books called ELVIS .. I used to have every newspaper clipping I could find about Elvis 🕺🏻 we moved and all my Elvis stuff disappeared, I’ve always wondered where it went 😢 I was 12 when he passed away.
So much to do in our lifetime to get our belongings stored in acid free paper and boxes.. Where and who would've kept all of Elvis' old personal items during his lifetime? Do we owe thanks to Elvis' dad, Vernon Presley, for hoarding all these items? Or do we thank his personal valets? Many thanks for these special videos.
I'm sure Vernon and his mom when she was alive. They both lived through the Great Depression so they were very frugal and never let anything go--Vernon was a stickler for keeping all receipts
Elvis eterno..sempre eterno pra mim...nunca aceitei a ida dele...acompanho ele desde os 13 anos de idade...Elvis faz parte da minha VIDA...bjs pra tds vcs...Brasil

I'm glad he stayed true to his roots and supported the local community as the King of Rock and Roll. He was still a regular, wild and crazy guy.

What is size of football shirt. It looked so little.
Where are U while going through Elvis’s things with the gloves?
@@ruthjesse6759 They said they were in EPE Archives Bldg.
No one asked in the comments what size shoes I want to know These Gates of Graceland are wonderful
Ruthie Thompson Elvis' shoe size is 12D.
60 plus years of loving him and learn something everyday Thank you, thank you very much
He had long hands and long feet (and long neck as well).
Ruthie Thompson :)
@@veganvintagegeek935 not 12D shoes....9.5 at the most.
Wonder if Doug is still around.
One mask, one glove - prolly for the catcher? ;)
That’s got to be the best job ever.
It's one mask and one glove
Let’s take a DNA sample and clone ELVIS,,, hit like and let’s get this going
Surprised he never framed and put the Black Belt Karate Certificate
Jock 😍
