Hey, love your videos and ideas. It occurred to me that you could make peeling the grip tape off a bit easier by adding some spoke handles or a large wheel to the rolling pin you use to peel it off. Way more leverage!
I wonder if it's a mix of speed, torque, and area. I love the idea of little wood spokes.

New to the channel, I like the niche you’ve carved out. I’m sure it’s been mentioned before, but it dawned on me about steaming the boards then pressing them flat, if it worked your material yield would greatly increase. Giving you more money for your efforts 🤷🏻♂️

Can you steam bend the thinned down decks? If so, perhaps make them into steam bent chairs, tables, shaker boxes, etc?

Do Ben remove the sticky part after ripping of the grip tape? won’t it affect the saw blade if not ?
What screwdriver are you using for the screws for the hinges?
Do you have a link to the miter gauge you use?

Try soaking your table saw blade in some simple green, then hit it with a bristle brush. Should stop it from burning your cuts. It's probably just pitch buildup. If not, it's time for a sharpening, or replacement.

At 1:25 into your video you have 3 stacks of wood, I’m guessing one is the round ends, one stack is holy and the last stack is grade A color ply. Would you be interested in selling me a medium flat rate box of the Grade A color ply? I think it would a lot of color to my boxes. I did take your suggestion on calling or visiting skate parks. The kids just take the trucks off and then rip the board up. 😮

Nice try. I want to suggest you to introduce another step in your process: washing the boards before cut for hygienic reasons. They were near the asphalt in the past, where people walk and dogs pee, and in the box people can put food ...
