I think that this phase where we don't have any friends who deeply connect with ourselves is part of the process of developing a strong sense of self.
Once you learn how to deal with yourself, you will be able to deal with people around you much better.

In my entire life i only ever had one person i was truly able to consider as a "true friend" yet when we parted ways cause of time i've never managed to make another friend like him.I had attachment, abandonment issues, and also failed to open up to many people who looking back i could've been great friends with... Now im on the road to losing yet another friend cause of the passing of time yet again now im filled with restlessness, and anxiety as well as acceptance of the fact, cause i've experienced it before.

I found that it really helps to make a list of your values then decide on what the top 3 to 5 are. Doing this means you always have those core values in mind when you make any decision and will always live in alignment with those values. When things are hard or when things go wrong, you’ll always know that you did the right thing and that brings you a certain amount of peace. Life may not be easy but you’ll always be in alignment with yourself.

i have this kind of philosophy that negativity and pain need not to be turned into something else. nature hurts too, there is evilness. So i dont get the point to be constantly muffling those emotions, i think by saying: "no let's be positive" or something is more harmfull than acting out those emotions as they feel.

Your philosophy doesn't work if you feel evil things towards other people, if you want people reading it to not act being awful. I feel hatred and fear towards some, there's only two ways i know to act those that isn't harmful and evil towards others too.

    • @wendyv.5193
      @wendyv.5193 8 місяців тому

@@orbismworldbuilding8428 but like in nature ( to simply this), there is evilness without regard. i believe that just by acting in harmful ways towards yourself and other is not necessarily evil. i find this difficult to understand myself Because it is not "good". but i ask myself then, why we can act like that? and feel that. Howcan you deny yourself your blood thirst, were animals only we can communicate "intelligently". So yes i i will act violently toward others instead of trying to morph it into it's not. i will try to fully embrace that emotion. i feel like that is the most natural way to live. I dont like limiting myself (and it doesnt even work, forcing yourself to be a positive). i just want to live, so what if i cause damage. everything is a balance. there is no good without evil, and evil is the reason we need love.like im saying be evil when the emotion arises, nothing more northing less. stop trying to change emotions.

People will use VR simulations/fake worlds as a way to self-medicate, box and shelf up their emotions from the real world.

I see empathy as an abundant quality seen in a lot of people (friends, strangers, etc.)....I guess it just depends on where you look and how you seek others around you, whether those be people in your circle or complete strangers you interact with. This reminds me of when people say "nobody is nice these days".....maybe the people who say this just aren't looking in the right places and have a closed mindset thinking that everybody is out there to get them, when in reality it might be quite the opposite. I love the potential of our generation. 27 year old raised by alternative folk who're borderline mt-top monks and I've always struggled with the... 'short mindedness' of so many, who seemingly are just trying to hustle through life.. society egg shells if you will. Say one thing, do something completely else, then blame other people, move on with no emotive or cognitive empathy, completely self absolving from responsibility... Self responsibility.
There's so much music and media today, just like your video here, that are rapidly raising awareness of these core human experiential dynamics and its awesome. Spending 27 years questioning the cold hearted cognitive position of people, only to come across those same people realising the potential of their self responsibility... It is a very, humbling and gratitude instilling thing to see.
There's an interesting dynamic with karma...
Life isn't "what goes around, comes around"... No, that is morality imposed upon karma.
Karma is simply what goes around.
Karma bridges the gap between Nietzsche and Sarte... It bridges age old debate of; free will or destiny?
Simply. Karma is the RIGHT to action, AND luck.
    .. that is life.
Life is lucky to have evolved.
It is so unlikely to have evolved that, life itself on this planet, could be the rarest, luckiest thing to have ever happened in the history of the universe.
    .... Could be.
Regardless, you're pretty damn lucky to be here reading this comment. Thanks for choosing to. 🎩 Have a nice day.

I am 25 years old guy and I totally identify with everything you say at this time in my life. Thank you so much for expressing so well this moment of personal discovery, which is quite overwhelming and sudden, but you know it is for the greater good and to become a better version of yourself.
You have to accept the stages of change in life, and as you say, this is a stage of having strong values, taking action, doing more and saying less, doing things for yourself (not out of a need to prove anything to the world (Nowadays social media plays an important role here)), knowing how to have boundaries and choosing friendships that you understand and that understand you....
I don't usually leave comments, but I totally resonated with everything you said and the way you said it.
    Thanks.

Are you perhaps in your mid twenties or early thirties? Cuz that's when it becomes hard af. People end up in established friend circles and in turn anyome who is "good" or even "great" but is a new friend, hardly gets the chance go breach into that circle. Because people forget to value connections outside of established ones. They don't forget to value them per se. They just forget to continually show effort or acknowledgement. It's nothing bad or evil. It's just sad what society has pushed people to. They naturally focus on specific relationships which as said is not bad and is to be expected. But the sad reality then is that you might push someone away who LOVES you equally like your brother, sister, mother, friend, cousin etc etc. Sometimes there are people who care so much about you but they dont get enough attentiom because others focus on established circles or families. There should be balance and an open spot for growth always. But yeah, nobody should point fingers. Point fingers at nature and work life society idk.
I also want to find a really close friendship where i can go out with people, but if we cant they call and remember me, at leasr text daily. But not wait on months and months to actually hang out. Those friendships can be deep yes, but everyone has someone they spend time with aside of their gf bf hubby or wife. I want a close friend.

29 yr old male here, and this is so relatable. IDK why i was recommended this video tbh xD but im glad i watched it. It's reassuring that other's are experiencing the same or similar things as I am, even in such difference circumstances. I've recently had to cut off a couple of very good and close "friends" due to misalignment and being taken advantage of. It hurts, no matter what age. But seeking that inner peace and reassuring that inner peace and supporting that inner peace, has only begun to bring me great blessings and good things in life. Keep going, your journey is your journey, it is valid, and i am only beginning to realize that it is valid, what i felt and feel is valid. Men are always told to ignore and override and be tough etc. But that gets really hard, and really sad sometimes. and not allowing yourself to experience those emotions is robbing yourself of a huge portion of life. Thanks for making this video :)

I forgave her but made clear boundaries that I don't want her for more than one moment in my life. I cut her out of my life but I don't have any anger towards her cuz in life I learnt that anger only hurts me and poisons my being. I feel powerful within myself...

As you say in the final part of the video...think and act as if no one cares about you, that's the best and most encouraging way to raise motivation to do the same thing in the long run, and when you lack motivation, to achieve discipline to keep doing the same thing and achieve a great skill on that. Keep in mind that only you care and can make you improve YOURSELF, it's up to you only.

@2:30 Having a good big heart doesn't mean that one 'accepts' disrespect or 'allows' themselves to get hurt, it just happens because most people lack empathy.
It hurts an unbelievable amount, and it hurts that you can't do anything about it other than not letting the hate poison your heart but once you do that and your heart is clean, you get the strength to 'accept' disrespect again and 'allow' yourself to get hurt again.
It is not a conscious effort.

Wow! You look so young to be so articulate and confident in what you're saying. But then again, I remember moments when I was younger, feeling like I knew things or could see things that some adults didn't know or couldn't see, or sense. And not because I thought I was smarter or better than them. I'm so thankful for my family and certain people I have been privileged to know on my journey. It just was. And sometimes in my past and now, there are those people I come across, and it seems like we both understand a situation or can just see something, and all we have to do is look at each other. It's a knowing glance or look. Anyway, thank you for articulating so clearly what I have been experiencing for a number of years and especially now. You are beautiful and awesome!!! You can forgive someone without engaging with them. Engaging with them or not isn't really about their actions necessarily, it's about how you feel. If something someone does makes you feel bad, even if they are in the right to do the action, you have to look out for you.
That doesn't need to come with judgement of their character. Just recognising that you have needs that need to be met and that you're the only one with the power to make sure of that

I think this you vs you thing is very important. Like you said, in the end of the day no one cares. When you are not dependent to the applouses and opinions of others, thats where you do it all for youself and thats where you make the biggest progress. You have to imagine your best self and act so. Act like the person you want to become. Of course you dont know every detail of your future self but it is important to do smt every day. Maybe you lose some great relationships but when you are on the journey to become better, you will meet new people that will have a great impact on your life. The most important thing is to do something. Not every door that you open in your life is good for you, but you cant know the right ones if you dont start to open doors. Good video

7:19 we are imperfect, in order to align ourselves with our values it will take time and practice. Constant reminders, manifestations and compassion for your humaneness. Mistakes will be made and It’s not something that can be solved overnight but it can get better every day if you choose to try. One thing that I’ve realized recently is in order to find myself I must remove the old constructs of my mind. I can’t find myself purely through experimentation. I already exist within myself. The best version of me already exists. It’s the years upon years of negative reinforcement by everyone and everything including myself that has turned me into this person I know today. It will take time to challenge these labels I attach to myself that are holding me back. “I am anxious” “I am unmotivated” “I am undeserving” it’s coming along great and I see the following years as unlimited potential and growth for myself.

Hi Liza, I found your channel many days ago and I have to say that I love it, your content is amazing. You're totally right, nobody cares about us everything is us vs us, we don't have to pay attention about what anyone thinks about us. Thanks for your wonderful messages

    Nice. Yeah I like that.
It’s an important topic and major issue with people around the world with relationships today.
Identity, Principles, Values, Morality, Acceptance, Surrender (letting go), Morality, Health, and knowledge of self …
Self discovery and self discipline has a major part in knowing your values and standing upon your principles with grace and / or ferocity.
Finding that balance and developing a deeper relationship with spiritual wisdom; intuition and instinct.

YES! You are always deserving of it, but it is through progressing along your path that you become able to receive it... I loved this. Also oh my lord I find you so beautiful... your mind, your words, your smile and your eyes tell me secrets I never knew

I'm tripping out because everything you say is hitting on point in real time , I have to rewind sometimes when I don't understand at first but I'm getting what it's all about in a small sense
      Thank you for being true
I need this kind of mind space

very well put, open honestly and matter-of-fact consequence is the way of the wild.
i do forgive my attacker on the level that i know they suffer more than me, though i wont go near them if they havent shown true understanding of others.

5:54 I had to replay that sentence, i stood up from my couch just to nod aggressively agreeing with you. I unfortunately experienced that recently , took me 4 months to finally say without pain in my heart " i forgive you, but i don't want anything to do with you and i dont want to see you anymore" basically literally "forgive and forget", he honestly doesn't deserve forgiveness cause he doesn't feel guilty of what he did to me,
his treatment made me so sick that i fricking almost went to the hospital. Then I've realized, I'm wasting my unlimited forgiveness on him, he doesn't deserve my kindness anymore, why am i wasting my energy on someone who's so ungrateful. that moment when ive finally moved on, mygoodness i cant believe i was so blind, He's soo toxic!😭 the embodiment of a red flag, so selfish and manipulate, gaslighter, acts like a victim and being innocent... Great, replaying the scenes i wanna punch his face now. I cant believe i did so much for this ungrateful jerk.
