Great video series. Very well done, great detail and explanation while still making it bearable to watch. Thanks

Much appreciated! I'm glad it's helpful. Being unbearable to watch was my biggest worry when I was editing this series, which is one of the reasons I separated it into 4 parts.

My zf6 will be here in the next few days and watching your videos as a refresher.... am I allowed to use both hands for this project?

No. You must only use one hand. It's an unwritten rule. 🤣
Good luck with the project. I hope it goes smoothly for you. I'm glad my videos are helpful.
Is it a reman or a used one?

Great videos! I am amazed you were able to get a lot of the work done with only one hand.
At about 29 minutes, you mentioned you bought a Motorcraft master and slave for the clutch hydraulics. I have been unable to find an OEM clutch hydraulic assembly. Would you be able to link the source for the clutch hydraulic assembly for us?
Thanks for your time and the videos.

Thank you! Since one hand is usually holding a beer, holding a camera isn't as much of a hindrance and one would think. It does slow the process down but I manage.
I got most of the parts from White Bear Lake Ford's website. They have some of the best prices I've ever seen on OEM parts.

I’m in the process of doing this to my 6.0 can I use my auto pcm for the zf6?

On a 6.0 I'm not sure. You can try it but I know they are more technologically advanced than a 7.3 so it might be really unhappy.

Probably. I make no guarantees but the 6.0 trucks are pretty similar to the 7.3 trucks, so I would think so. I don't believe they changed much on the drive line. I know the trans is different between the 7.3 and 6.0, but most of the rest is pretty similar.
