I have a descaler for my coffee pot. It’s in powder form but can be dissolved w water. I presume I can use that?

Hi, a descaler for domestic everyday use is unlikely to be strong enough, which is why we always recommend the our descaler product because it has been tested and we know it's safe and effective to use on our steamers for industrial use. Here is the link to the product in case it is helpful! www.morplan.com/gb_en/47098

You could, but the issue with vinegar is that it smells. If you're a professional dry cleaner, or if you're steaming garments you're selling, then you don't particularly want them smelling of vinegar, because your customers may notice. :)
