This whole game feels like a dark souls game mixed with blasphemous stylistically but in its own unique way! I’m definitely playing this!

I thought they lifted the voice actor from Elden Ring but wasn't sure. The childlike narrator voice also sounds like the type of voice you'd find in a Souls game, too.

When Iron Maiden kicks up...
I remember hearing the first of the melody, and I was like, "Noooooo way", with the widest smile. By the end, I actually shed a tear, it was so hype.
This game looks like it's gonna be so much fun! Can't wait 😍
This looks lightyears ahead of the original, the enemies and world much more unique and fleshed out, the combat looks really smooth, and the boss design looks so cool, cannot wait
i agree. the original game was more like a clunky dark souls clone(while still visually awesome).
this game could very well stand on it own.

@@LordOfChaos.x it shares a lot of the same narrative elements such as the demon god corpse corrupting the world, but the new game seems to have a more rich atmosphere and power metal album cover type of vibe that I love.
A new studio but they do say it’s a ‘successor’.

Honestly looking back at this trailer I’m more excited for this than Elden Rings DLC, I also like how it seems to have a more complete narrative than ER, I often feel like Froms souls games have fantastic lore but the story in game is usually just barebones and tries to hide behind being vague.
That's so untrue, they present the story very obviously way; the locations, item placements NPC's etc. This is just stealing the storytelling, presenting it with no nuance more obviously.
It almost gives me a Diablo x Elden Ring vibe. Fearsome and gruesome gods with a wondrous but dangerous world. LOVE.

Back in 2014, Lords of the Fallen was an underwhelming Souslike, especially whenever years down the road, ones like Code Vein, Mortal Shell, the Surge, and Nioh came out. However, this looks absolutely amazing and honestly has me even more pissed that I don’t have a PS5!
The music is out of place. It removes the serious gritty tone the game is going for. It’s very counterintuitive..
I’m a huge Iron Maiden fan. But it just doesn’t work here

I just completed one of the endings and I am still at 49% Steam achievements lol. The game is f********cking awesome bros. It's the best Souls game made from someone other than Fromsoftware. It's also definitely more for fans of Dark Souls 2. 10/10 will play again for sure! Can't wait for an expansion pack!

I hope this game isn't another typical Souls Like unlike the original Lotf, that game offered nothing creative, different or new; it was just a copy, not even inspired and was inferior in every way. This looks much more promising, we'll have to wait to find out I guess
