Wow, Wow, Wow!! You just blew my mind with these laminated backgrounds! I have a laminator and lots of sequins and I am definitely making some cards using this technique! I actually would prefer this method to a shaker card! You are a genius Jennifer!!
There are NO mistakes in crafting - it's called rustic! 💕 Normally mine have cat hair inside. Lol. I've yet to come across anything that you create that I don't love. Tyfs.
Oh Jennifer! I love your happy accident! What a clever way to make snowy, glittery cards without needing a shaker, though I do love your shaker cards! I am really excited about this technique! I see a laminator in my near future! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful work! Much Love 💕Robin
Jennifer this is a fantastic video...all the samples and supplies listed makes it so easy to go and get all your supplies and be able to do this card. I love all the samples...your on the top of your game and please stay with it for all of us...who follow you...thank you Jennifer for all you do for teaching us how...................pat
Brilliant idea, Jennifer! Love, love, love! For those viewers without laminators. You can use an iron by using it in the lowest heat! If pouch or sheet doesn't stick increase the heat. I would try it on a small piece of the sheet, oh I forget, place a cotton fabric or a cotton handkerchief on top of laminators sheet. I use to laminate my ID's, appointment cards, or anything like that is big or small. Just control the heat of the iron! Hope it helps for those that don't have laminater. Thank you, Jennifer for all the wonderful techniques, and ideas you share with us, your viewers! Have a great day! "Many Blessings!"
You are such a talented artist! I love your work and what you support. God bless you and thank you for always "sharing your handmade kindness". You're an inspiration to us all.
Wow!! Jennifer has done it AGAIN! This is as AWESOME technique. Can't wait to try it. It just looks like loads of FUN!!Thanks so much for sharing. Sooo Inspired!! Arlene 😁😁
CLEVER...CLEVER...CLEVER! I would love to be able to peek into that little brain of yours, Jennifer. I bet you have lots of ingenious tricks sitting there. Lol. TYFS.
Jennifer you are truly AMAZING! This technique for window/shaker Cards...WOW, just SO inspiring. Can't wait to try this with tiny butterflies, stars, chunky embossing powder. Omg, so many ideas! Thanks so much Jennifer! Have a FANTASTIC day! Hugs from MN.
Absolutely brilliant! Recently ordered a laminator, just took it out of the box, and realized I have no laminator sheets. 😂 wonderful cards Jennifer and adore the penguin card. Thanks for sharing.

You have done it again! This is a fabulous idea and the cards are amazing! Each one is so different but so special. Can't wait to try this idea myself. Thanks for sharing!
i love this idea! A great twist on thinner, mailable shakers that behave. I'm so happy you brought your engineer brain to the card world Jen! And yes, laminators are really inexpensive and handy to keep your favourite recipe cards clean, make wipe off chore lists for kids, dividers for your stamps last longer and a multitude of things. A very worthwhile household tool.
Wow . What an amazing discovery from making a mistake . Your really so clever , if tat had bee me , everything would have ended up in the rubbish bin . You make amazing cards . Can’t wait to give this a try . Thanks Jennifer . Xx
Jennifer I have been following you for years and you never cease to amaze me. You’re a genius. Your techniques are just amazing! Thank you for sharing always.
LOVE those little critters, Jennifer and your idea to make the decorated windows is fabulous. Your cards are super adorable and I love everything about this UA-cam. Thanks for sharing your brilliant ideas with us, and to Sharon George who posted about how to clean a laminator if you melt stuff in it, thanks so much for that tip as well. Hope I never have to use it.
Oh my, just when I think I have ALL the Toys I need for my crafting, you come up with something new for me to 'want'....I love these examples. Using the left over 'confetti' for backgrounds is awesome. Also prevents the little stuff all over when the card is opened. Thank you for another outstanding video, Jen. Hugs
I am running to my craft room to try this technique. So excited to try this for my last bunch of Christmas cards. Thank you Jennifer. Have a great rest of your weekend.
Oh, my gosh! These are so adorable and makes me want to run out an buy a laminator.(which I will during the week). we missed you yesterday at the Road Trip at Lawn Fawn. I hope Lyla is feeling better.

I have been avoiding glitters because they make such a mess sometimes and accidental glitter bombs happen... but you made me fall in love with them again
I just bought some laminating pouches to use on some swatch samples!! This is so ingeniously brilliant , Jennifer. I am in love...darling cards!! My mind is racing!!
Jennifer, great cards! I loved the hugging bears! For those who don’t have a laminator, Scotch and several other brands make cold seal pouches and sheets In various sizes. I found a good selection on Amazon, but a large office supply stores should also have them.
This is the coolest thing ever! So many possibilities. So now I can see myself wandering around searching for things to put inside the pouches. These also come in smaller sizes (3.5 x 5.5 index card size, 5x7 photo size, 2.32 x 3.7 business card size) if you are doing smaller projects.
Got a laminator because I could finally justify the purchase with this technique! I've watched this video several times. Absolutely love it! Word of caution don't use diamond dust in your pouches. It pokes through and can cut you.
I have no idea how you get all of these ideas, but this is so cool and amazing- and I have to give it a try! I HAD to get the laminator for foiling, but this is genious. And, I have some of the pouches. You have done it again!!! Thanks so much for your great tutorials and inspiration!

Wow, Wow, Wow!! You just blew my mind with these laminated backgrounds! I have a laminator and lots of sequins and I am definitely making some cards using this technique! I actually would prefer this method to a shaker card! You are a genius Jennifer!!
Less messy than a shaker card, for sure. Plus, you don't have to worry if it will spill out in the mail.
Oh my My grand-babies are going to LOVE the sparkly windows, thanks to your creative mistake and turning it into a genius idea.
There are NO mistakes in crafting - it's called rustic! 💕 Normally mine have cat hair inside. Lol. I've yet to come across anything that you create that I don't love. Tyfs.
