- A major NHS review has found there is not enough evidence to suggest that puberty blockers or hormone treatment for children is safe.
The report also said the debate around the issue has become so "toxic" that professionals are afraid to express their views.
The Cass review, carried out by paediatrician Dr Hilary Cass, calls for gender services for young people to match the standards of other NHS care, saying youngsters have been "let down" by the treatment on offer.

Not quite the same, as the mess on the ground (from the jump) and the damage to cars and structures would be 3rd party liability. While if they change their gender, only they themselves will have to deal with consequences.

No puberty blockers for under 18's
Puberty blockers are also used for medical reasons (such as precocious puberty) as well as gender dysphoria... saying "no puberty blockers for under 18s" would deny lots of people treatment they need.

Gender dysphoria is an extremely rare condition. The NHS should prioritize severe and urgent patients on their waiting list for various treatments, and delegate trans issues to mental health departments, without using questionable hormonal replacements.

Through a lot of scanning through literature on this issue, I have yet to see a case of gender dysphoria that isn't comorbid with extreme depression or other severe disorders.
I believe a very strong argument can be made that gender dysphoria isn't even a condition in itself, but rather a mere symptom of other issues.

They can just ask for Jesus s help. They wouldn't need treatment and have gender dysphoria in the first place. Many people got miraculously cured, even a family member was saved from a brain tumour. So gender dysphoria ain't big deal to God.

There's an increase of males who go in for surgery and eventually expressing their deep regret in doing so, because of the continuous check ups due to the large open wound that was supposed to be female genitalia which turns out to be unbearably uncomfortable...more importantly the NHS doesn't inform them of the consequences as they're technically signing themselves up to be experimented on. Really sad times.
