Thank you very much. You can start off with walking long distances. 5-10km. Then wear a backpack. Start off 3kgs. Keep adding weight to your backpack. Slowly progress to run. The distance can be variable from 5km, 12km, 15km. Try stair climbing with weights. Since mountaineering is the only sport where you need to be fit in all aspects. One needs to do weight training.
