Courtyards mimic outdoor sanctuaries, with a central swing symbolizing calm dynamism. The open layout, split levels, and skylight invite abundant sunlight, unveiling the nature inside. Courtyards in bedrooms prioritize privacy and personal havens.

Your videos are the best exposition of architecture I have found on UA-cam, or anywhere else. Great work.
Families with small kids are not invited in this house. 🤯🤯🤯
For sure😂
And dogs too, they would be swimming in foyer
😂😂
That is what i was thinking 😅
Kids will jump in the water from the floating stones 😂

I have watched all the videos of Buildofy, and I would rate this house in the top 5.
1> All rooms are well-lit by natural light
2> Terrace is just a dream. 5:04
3> Low maintenance and elegant-looking interiors.
4> Every room has a good and unique vibes to it.
5> Greens are available everywhere.
Every project i watch of buildofuly, i think this is the best, no house can be better than this but buildofy again come with a better than the last project😊
Check out some houses in RIBA award, there are way better homes
@@cbazxy2697 definitely,
What I loved the most about the house was the idea of entering sunlight into the centre area or room. The overall concept is also exceptional. Great work...
Beautiful house. Love the floating staircase
such a amazing house , kudos to architect !
Awesome Architecture
I wish one day to have such beautiful house for my parents
ಜನನಿ wow! Such a beautiful name
ಸಕ್ಕತ್ ಇದೆ ❤
This house is perfection of my choice ❤️
The Problem is, they need to stay really alert when walking in this house.
Spot on, what is the point of stairs without any handrails, aesthetic at the cost of safety?
due to internal stairns inside house old age person will face some struggle while walking in house
Beautiful and well ventilated
A tranquil haven embraced by nature, where sunlight dances through the windows, illuminating the warmth of this home. It's just Osm❤
Beautiful superb
This is amazing ❤
Very beautiful
It is a wonderful house
Awesome work team 👏👏👏👏👏
Nice!
Best house i have seen. Bangalore architects are crazy good. Very good design and very well executed.
Cool
The articulation of light and spaces showcases a thoughtful and deliberate design process.
Nice
Love the provision of light and aesthetics of the house. Just worried about elderly, kids and clumsy ppl who can fall in the water body or from the stairs.
There are no safety measures for children and elders
Beautiful stairs but not practical for old age member of the family ..Dadi maa kaise chadengi in sidhiyo me
Thats why she is sitting down on stair side
Lift dekha nahi..
Beautiful ❤❤
Beautiful 😍❤️
Love this ❤
Won’t insects or flies be found in plants in the bed room ??
I have big plants more than 8 feet tall in our bedroom over the last 6 years. I haven't seen any insects except a few dragonflies and moths only when the window is fully open. And I kinda enjoy seeing those.
It will be great if you mention the approximate cost to build and design the building on all your videos.
Yes.. Need to know ur building cost .
It's great work done by u guys ❤
Elderly people, and Kids cannot live in this house because there's hardly any support while walking on the stairs.. also with so many steps to get into the house, elderly will find it extremely difficult. I see lack of vision by the architect and their team in building this house. Where is the security aspect in this house?
Brilliant ❤ wish someday I will also reached out to you and build one such marvales project for me 😊😊 praying for the same
In Jesus name, may you be blessed and may Jesus grant you heart's desires.
@@heavensnetwork9719 so kind and thankyou so much ❤️
So without support people should use staircase?? 🙄🙄🙄
Nice but not sure how practical the ideas like green area inside the master bedroom would be. Very high maintenance with too many steps for the elderly to walk daily. Best of luck
really love this house
can i know the price of it if anyone has the buildofy paid
That 3rd wooden step inside the house is shaking.
The house looks good but complicated.
Good:
1. Open to sky opening in the bedroom
2. Lots of green elements
Cons:
1. Water body at entrance
2. Terrance doesnt seem flat n easy to walk for guests. .not sure why
Overll nice
While kids and elderly are unwelcome, snails, centipede, millipede can share the owners bed, cupboards, foyer...
How much cost banglow
This house looks good and awesome...But 3 to 4 roof openings for natural light..I felt little insucure!
Which part of bangalore is this house located? The surroundings look very calm
RR Nagar
Cost of this house?
Plan resembles House of three courts by swapnil, collage studio
That granny is gonna be affected with that huge level difference! Make sensible designs please
Few corners are good.. I still vastu ka vaat lagadhiya ...
Sunlight is fine but air circulation is compromised in this design i think...
They do projects as per they were asked and she mentioned son and daughter have individual room so there is no kids in this house. And in future they would have kids then the family would do according to that.
Internships?
When you have lot of space and money anything is possible
There are no safety measures in the house for children.
Not southwest it's south east
Difficult to maintain indoor gardens.. looks cool in the beginning but in long run it takes a lot of effort.. minimise them.. nevertheless good design
all of it is straight lines . NO use of curves . the amphitectre steps are good but the staright lines omnipresent really hurt
project cost
what is the project cost
On website, you need to be a paid member though
Looks like the house owners and the architects have catered only to the adult breadwinners. Any children and the old lady in the house haven't been taken into account. Open water bodies and marble everywhere is just an invitation for disaster. Not to mention worsening knee pain for senior citizens walking on marble.
Huge house, somehow looks bland & lack of character. But spacious & luxurious.
The house is magnificent yet not very practical . Too many staircase may create trouble climbing if you are injured or elderly
Stairs don’t have railings 😂 it’s big problem for small kids
Kindly mention dimensions of plot plz
U told only 4000 sq feet
50×80
@@Rohit-ct9cs thanks 👍. ❤️ from 🇵🇰
Price bro
Keeping in my about kids and elderly people its a terrible design.. very dangerous and lacks practicality and safety 👎
this house is too dangerous as its not barrier free. please add hand rails to stairways and waterbody. too may staircases. how the old people will access?
Looks so lifeless!!!
you told phrase in English why dont you know hindi?
