its a good architectural concept, yet it lacks warmth, character. The design language is sharply geometrical, industrial and solid. The only exception would be the child's room.

What was the total cost for this construction how much you guys charge just tell us a rough figures
Petition for a Hiren Patel exclusive playlist.
The document mentions that the plot size is around 5000 sqft but the actual area is of around 1 acres.
Why there has to be a cantilevered staircase without the side railing, how can children and elderly climb without the supporting grill, just to make it look fashionable utility cannot be compromised, as said form follows function.
And the house is too big with less open areas, the white shiny and slippery floors doesn't feel good.

I have been watching a few Buildofy videos recently, why do such expensive houses have cheap-looking furniture. This architect is damn good but don't agree with the level of furniture selected
All i could see here was just expensive material that has been applied without any harmony. The kitchen cabinets, if we see tge top lines are not matching even the door frames or other adjacent furnitures.😢
