    日本人ですが、英語の勉強とデザインの勉強を兼ねて動画を視聴しています。
    クライアントと受け取り手に取って、”心地のいい””求めていた”デザインを創っていく過程がとても素敵でした。
    ありがとうございます。
I'm japanese, and I've just started leaning Web design lately.
This movie showed me how good designs are made with clients.
I was motivated by you and your video, Thank you.

Thanks Ran, I am a graphic designer without any design background and trying to understand more about how other designers normally do branding projects. I often just see beautiful design for business cards, stationary and website for branding and I knew it’s going to take more than that. Thanks for making this so I have a clear understanding of what designers actually does when they need to rebrand a brand. Really appreciate your time and effort!

The way, you crafted this is magical. I am sure there is a lot of work behind that presentation but beyond the result, I am blown away by how effective you were at capturing the essence of that organization and craft that message and narrative. I am already a fan but now you took to me a whole different level.

Great vid, Ran! Thanks for sharing your process. Loving these series, keep them coming :) I actually sent a questionnaire to a possible remote client, and analyzed the responses they gave me but they were quite vage, so I sent them a reply asking for further info. My questions involved more strategic questions about the brand and company, but it's been 4 days and they've dissappeared. Maybe they were hoping on a technician to build a website...yeah, not me. Keep up the great work and design strategy!

This is awesome! One take away I took was getting clients to talk about what they want to see on the page right away! Recently was at a meeting where a client wanted to fix up the site, and we proposed a few options in terms of small fixes, but did not ask the question what do you think should be on there! How do you approach a site that is already built and needs fixing for brand and lead generation purposes? Thanks! Looking forward to your web design course!

Another fantastic episode! So good to see you present, very helpful.
Just technical things: the sound in the room you present colud have been better if you were just given a lav mic. Or a recorder above you. Also the hand holding the camera did not go so well - some handling noise, some shake. If i was filming this i would have put this main camera on a tripod and handhold a second cam to gather clients reactions from the side.
