Fire tipZ bro
Great information. Thanks for the video.
Great video, Brandon! Very well explained and you covered a ton of helpful information.
I have a tendency to ramble!
Great tips👍👍
Thanks for watching Grace!
6:40 Brandon sees a squirrel burying acorns in the yard. (Actually me, projecting 😂)
Zero tolerance for varmint
@@TurfCulture 😂
Good tips Brandon. Thanks for breaking it down as usual
The way you explain things are on point. Good job as always bro!
Thank you good sir!
Great tips Brandon. Basic but very affective when done correctly.
Keep it simple 💯
I know you showed the Solo sprayer and I’m not sure bout using TeeJet AI on their sprayers but just a word of caution regarding the use of the TeeJet AI air induction nozzles with the FlowZone Typhoon sprayers. I wanted to use the 11004 tip but the manufacturer rep explained to me that the size must be .06 OR higher. So the 11004 would hurt your pump. It needs to be 11006 11008 11010 etc...The last two #s on the TeeJet part number must be 06 or higher. In his initial response he stated thank you for reaching out in regards to the nozzle you're wanting to use. I regret to inform you that any and all air induction nozzles are horrendously terrible to use as they are very harsh on our pumps because they are very flow restrictive, and cause the pump to work overtime thus will prematurely kill your pump. These air induction nozzles will, respectfully stated, void the warranty for a pump sprayer replacement as well.
All this said I love my FlowZone product and your guidance is very informative. Go Cards!
I'm good. I got mesa, brah.
You are ahead of the curve broseph.
Great Tips Brandon! I would add one more thing on Pre-M list. If you did a reno or overseed in the fall, I wait one full year before applying any Pre-M. I find that the grass establishment is much better not using a Pre-M for a year after seed. Just a Thought! Great information and editing! Peace and God's Love! Chad Upstate NY
Good content right here Brandon! Had a light snow this morning so it's going to be ANOTHER few weeks.......
And hopefully your last!
Nice tips. I used a granular pre-emergent a few weeks ago and plans to do a liquid 2nd app. I'm glad I seen this because I would of used the wrong tip. 👍🏻 Still holding strong and havent applied any fert yet. Mowed several times but grass is still half a sleep. Will apply first app when grass needs 2 mows in 1 week. This weather is all over the place.
Thanks for watching! I’m glad you were able to take something away from the video, using the correct nozzle is important.
You got a fence!
Yes sir!
How do you get Advanced Turf Solutions products as a residential customer? I'm local to the area as well and 've requested multiple times and they never respond to me. I assumed they just prioritized their commercial business (understandable) but I am not hearing back from them at all. Suggestions?
Have you tried visiting in person? Could just be the reps in your area but my sales rep is amazing.
@@TurfCulture I have not. Just inquired through their site and called them. I didn’t know they would take walk-ins. Maybe I’ll try that. Thank you!
I jumped the gun and put down a 13-0-13 a couple weeks ago. Should/can I put down some more in a couple weeks or do I just need to let it ride?
How much N did you apply?
@@TurfCulture I’m not too good at the lb per sq ft thing but I just put my broadcast spreader at 4.5 and did one pass
@@coachalecholler ok let’s try this, did you use the entire bag? 50lb bag? How big is your lawn?
@@TurfCulture 45lb bag and I probably used 7-8 lb on 4100 sq ft
@@coachalecholler In that case you only applied about.25lbN
First :)

Nothing on pure Urea??
Straight urea in the fall, not a great option for spring too much too growth.
@@TurfCulture but why not just divide it. The reason I ask is because I have left over Urea from last fall when I was spoon feeding my renovated lawn. I hear is good to spoon feed young grass in the the spring with fast acting N.
@@tite732 you can definitely do that just try to apply 1/4 lbN at a time 👍🏻
