And we all know, whatever civilians have access to, the military had it first and it now considered obsolete by their standards.
So, yeah I bet there is some seriousls powerful tech equipment being used in the military that they have to keep top secret because the level of power they weild might be too worrying for the general public to be made privy to.

Ai and neuro weapons are already at work and the battle field is on us soil. I know it was in use 13 years ago and also know it was in use years and probably decades before that. Since the military and the media miss report it or dismiss it’s existence many have come to the conclusion that they are operating it. These weapons are so horrible and vicious I can’t bring myself to think it’s our military. Possibly a rouge faction but not the regular command and control. It seems there’d rather keep it a secret rather than warn and protect us from these modern tools of war.

You're absolutely right 👍...they do the disclosure sporadically... they're just throwing softballs at this point....but pretty sure the concealed technology is thousands of years ahead of what we got right now at the public service.

“Rogue faction” is more like “classified information”.
The US military has a “ need-to-know” policy.
There’s a story that when Harry Truman was sworn in as President he was briefed on the atomic bomb.
Because prior to this he was only vice-President.

When I work my civilian job at whatever medical Care facility it is the majority of the time I work what is called third shift 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. I normally sleep during the daytime hours after I have returned from work I don't sleep between the hours of 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. because I am actually doing my job at work you don't send someone to a psychiatric Unit because the person works third shift 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. there is also a federal tent law that protects women that need to sleep in a tent for any reason and that Federal law more than penalizes a incompetent police officer that touches the exterior or interior of that tent and if the woman in the tent has formula a new penicillin formula for a deadly infection or virus and there are any lives that have been lost due to the incompetent police officers incompetence you will follow through with that federal law there are almost 7 million people dead that day there were 1.2 million people deceased of covid-19 coronavirus I will post the new numbers in the morning you don't touch a woman in a tent for any reason you don't have any legal right to arrest her or take her to a psychiatric unit or a hospital you are incompetent

We need to keep AI out of military applications and keep combat as human as possible so that when those body bags and caskets start coming home it forces to question the use and purpose of it instead of just doubling down in aggressiveness because our drone tank numbers or airplanes are dwindling.
The only entities benefitting from the use of AI and drones in combat is the defense industry and the numerous corporations that feed Uncle Sam inside the beltway.
