How long does the battery last on average?
@@Frank-ig2js I can’t give you an accurate answer because I’ve never used it continuously. But what I can tell you is that the batteries have never died on me when I’m washing my car or my neighbor’s Cadillac Escalade. I bought another set of batteries because I use to wash my car , then my sister’s car back to back.

Unfortunately I haven’t not used it this year. The owner of my apartment decided to turn my garage as a studio, which really sucked since I was able to store my Hydroshot and all of my detailing stuff there. I’ll probably use it this weekend actually.

Thank you and thank you for watching!! … I use about 11 gallons of water each for my Audi and Camry . So 2 5 gallon buckets plus 1 gallon bottle on the side. I sometimes even have some left over.
For the Escalade I used 13 gallons of water max.
You honestly will be fine with 11 Gallons of water 👍

This is how I wash my cars.
1. Wet the tires and rims on Eco (Low pressure ) , apply tires and rims cleaner. Rinse all tires and rims max pressure.
2. Rinse the whole car on Eco mode
3. Use the foam cannon on the whole car on max pressure.
4 . Rinse whole car on max pressure
Have you used different orifice size nozzles? To lower the gpm so you don’t use do much water and have higher psi. Not sure what orifice size these come with.

I did change out the orifice on the foam cannon one. I used a 1.1mm

Excellent video. I just received mine and have yet to use it. Do you find that you still need to wash the car by hand after rinsing and spraying with foam canon, or can you just rinse again after the foam canon and dry and it’ll come out clean? Sort of like a “touchless” car wash.

Honestly it depends on how dirty the car is. But it’s always best wash the car by hand after foaming. Pressure is not strong enough for that kind of wash or I may be wrong.
If you do a touchless let me know how it goes . I have actually never tried it
I do a foam, rinse and another foam and then use a rag or sponge on my suv especially if it has winter salt or a lot of pollen... It's still a lot less work that a bucket method..
On my car which I only take out on weekends.. That can be touch less at times

Did you use a neat mixture or mix with water in the foam bottle?
I used a small amount Meguiare’s Gold Class Car Wash Shampoo & Conditioner and filled the rest of the bottle with warm water

It can effectively clean a whole car with one charge. I used to wash my neighbors Cadillac Escalade and I still had some juice left . But I recommend you buy extra ones

I actually never tried doing a touchless, since I like using a microfiber towel but the pressure is actually quite strong.
I would say yes definitely if you’re washing the car every week. Unfortunately my brushless motor went out so I won’t be able to test that out for you. But I’ll definitely be buying one soon !

Is it possible to shorten the wand on this to make it more workable with a foam cannon?
I believe there is a short attachment. I know there definitely is one for the WG644 model but I’m not too sure about this one .

Bought the complete kit on amazon last week but decided to give it a try today. Unfortunately there is no pressure, absolutely no water. The pump is working but there is no pressure. What could be the problem?
Hmm check the connection to the gun. I’ve never had problems with my gun.
Maybe you got a defective one. Get a replacement from Amazon.
Since it’s new , have it running for 30 seconds.
If that doesn’t work then I suggest getting a replacement
Tried it doesn't work. But the whole problem is that I live in Israel and ordered on Amazon, since we do not have this model for 725 bar. Hemorrhoids will now send the entire kit back. This was my first size order from the USA and probably the last one. I won't risk it anymore. Not only did they send a 110V charger, although there are options for 220V. It doesn't work that way yet. I'm desperate.

Is it worth the upgrade from the 450psi to this one 725psi? The amount of foam it can make looks to be a bit better but was just wondering if it's really worth the upgrade.

The upgrade is definitely worth it ! Here are the reasons why the 725 is BETTER:
1. It’s way lighter , since the motor is at the end of the hose instead of in the gun like the 450 model. The 450 model can get very uncomfortable when using a foam cannon.
2. Battery life is incredibly longer. When I finish washing my car I still have 3 bars left. Previous model the batteries would die before I finished washing the car.
3. Foam difference is WAY better. In the video it doesn’t look good compared to how it looks in person. With the 450 model , you HAVE to play around with the “+” “-“ knob on the foam cannon. By what I mean by this is , sometimes you have to have the foam cannon knob at “-“ then start the gun, you’ll get runny water then slowly turn the knob towards the “+” side till foam comes out. It’s tricky to be honest and frustrating. With the 725 you don’t have to deal with this, you get instant foam.
The foam doesn’t come close to as good as the 725 version.

@@erik9358 You were right, I tested both and it's a huge difference between them. Not just the power, but the way it feels, the motor, and built quality are much better. The 725psi model is just a superior product. The 725 model has a brushless motor and the 450 doesn't (I may be wrong) but I think that's what gives it the biggest advantage.
Damn! This foams better than the cordless Sun joe and Greenworks pressure washer :( I have to shake my snow foam canon to get suds like this.
Hmm maybe try a different foam cannon? I recommend the one I have. Or try switching out the orifice on the foam cannon.
Maybe you’re adding too much soap as well. I use about 4-5 ounces then fill the bottle halfway with water.
Also try turning the knob to adjust how much foam or water comes out.

Is this cannon the one rated for 550 psi which is the lowest I’ve seen - but - it would need to some adapter be to attach to the power washer

1badhaircut No I haven’t but one of these days I’ll try it out. I would have to buy the short lance as well. I honestly don’t mind the lance because the Worx Hydroshot WG649 is really light .
The foam cannon I’m using (it’s in the description) is rated for 1000 psi but it works amazing.
You can buy a 15-55 gallon barrel . I have a 55 gallon barrel in my garage. I just dunk the bucket into the barrel and refill.
The 55 gallon barrel lasts for around 5 car washes

Is this strong enough to get sap off?
Hello, I recently washed my neighbors car and it had tree sap. I used hand sanitizer, dipped a microfiber in soap then rinsed it .

Nope it doesn’t . As long as you dry the car quickly after the final rinse, you’re good 👍🏼 specially in hot days

Upgrade the canon with a 1.1 orifice and the foam will be much thicker
It actually does have a 1.1 orifice. That day I did the video in a rush but yes the Worx can create a much thicker foam than what’s shown in my video :)

It comes with a self-siphoning hose so I can just use a bucket like with my Hydroshot…. Psi is 1500 when using batteries and 1800 when plugged in.
Whats the average battery life time do you get?
I haven’t actually done a test of how long the battery last non stop but the battery has never died on me when I’m washing my car or my neighbors car.
I wash my neighbors car every Sunday. She owns a 2013 Cadillac Escalade and I still have 2 bars left of battery when I finished. You don’t have to worry about battery life tbh.

I bought extra ones because I wash my car and my sisters car the same day . They are 6.0ah batteries and last a very long time . Look on EBay they’re cheap. I bought 2 6.0ah for like $52 .

Where can you even buy these things? I live in Australia but searched the internet far and wide and can only find it for sale on Amazon for $899 AUD which is insanely high. Even with conversion rates being what they are it should still be around the $500 mark. If I could find somewhere to buy one I would !!

Kinda runny, meh, foam. Nothing like from a top notch foam setup but the best by far from a battery powered rig.
