This is so great! I recently made the butterfly shawl for a friend and it was more or less the first crocheted thing I've ever made and gifted that was recieved with love and happyness, so the butterfly pattern holds a special place in my heart.

I have 2 skeins of Pound of Love in a soft pink. As you know it is a #4 so would you advise using an I or a J hook? I just love your blanket patterns.
I would probably use an I hook (5.5mm)

Yes, but then you would need to change the hook size too. Probably to a size I hook (5.5mm)
How come there is different sizes of k Tunisian jokes?
I love this but sometimes these “butterfly” patterns look more like dragonflies to me. Is it just me? 🤔😇
