Well said, But you have to take consideration the water source of your house (Municipal water are usually pre filtered and have low tds whereas Borewell waters have a higher risk having both high ppm and risk of harmful ground minerals like arsenic , aluminium, barium, antimony etc wich causes serious health issues in long term. Also You can search in your local health office what kind of minerals are available in your underground water..Hence if borewell water in high risk zones close ur eyes and go for a RO without tds control
Impure raw water passed through tds controller has bacterial and viruses . If you want to increase tds just use mineral cartridge which adds 60-70 tds with essential minerals without compromising quality of pure water

Respect your video but Never adjust the TDS adjustment and bypass the water as the bypass water may contain arsenic, lead, Mercury and many other inorganic substance which cannot be removed without a membrane. Instead pass the entire 100% water through membrane and use a good mineral and alkaline filter. Thanks

We use RO with TDS controller for drinking purposes, so I just want to know that whether we can completely disable TDS controller from our RO filter... The TDS in our RO is not Manual TDS.

Hi Sumit, i purchased one purifier , TDS in my area is 180-200 , it is RO filter , so would it be advisable to return it as the technician is saying it will reduce the tds by 90 percent . if you can suggest thank you.

Also in Rajasthan, in many cities, water supply is not on daily basis. It's after 2 days. So people store water is large tanks on the ground level. Then it goes to another tank on the roof and stored there and then that water goes through filter and gets filtered. In that case, is it recommended to use RO with tds controller. Some water purifiers like LG are giving the mineralised feature because RO reduces the essential mineral from water. Is that kind of RO recommended?

RO not recommended for Tds 200. Only for borewell water which has tds over 450 plus... meaning very hard water.
