Never buy Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Water purifiers coz they have not any parts available in warranty period.... They are saying In warranty period 2 services are free but if any filter stops working it will be chargeable. I have Aura UV+UF from last 2 months it's not working and it's under warranty period.. 6 month ago I bought it. Due to non availability of parts they are not repairing my Machine. So it's my suggestion to everyone. 🙏🙏
Same bro. I bought Eureka Forbes water purifier. During warranty period itself UV lamp filter got fuse. Raised several complaints, the customer service everytime said there are working on it. After 3 months of calls and the manager said they don't have spare parts. I'm never buying any Eureka Forbes product ever.
since its launch, I am using TATA Swatch for many yrs. everything is fantastic. what we do, we use copper vessal to store water, transfer it to tata swach from there we transfer to earthen pot ie Matka. no health issues from water side.

Approximately 52 parameters are tested as per IS 14543, for packaged drinking water. In which TDS is just one parameter for testing. It requested that you mention the full stanfard for potable water as per BIS for information of common citizens, so that they decided for themselves how much pure water they are drinking as per BIS standard from the water purifier they are buying.

I live in Toronto, our tap water is the best anywhere in the world. I'm a Microbiologist so very well aware of the water quality. Often I see anyone giving advices on anything they have no clue, however the line vlogger mentioned at 3:20 in video impressed me. Yes if water source is from municipality and TDS is below 200 you really don't need RO. This is a serious topic I'm talking about, there's a trend in India due to lack of knowledge everyone suggests to buy RO, which is wrong. RO is good for hard water (like if source of water is Borewell). Using unnecessary RO remove essential minerals from the water which affects your bones. Just don't agree with the Alkaline water part of yours, yes body neutralize the pH to 7, however those with acidic body if they consume alkaline water their body easily gets to neutral, not only this there're multiple benefits of it. long to discuss on this. but liked the vlogger. great job man. Very less trusted vloggers in India. Need more like you.
Hi Sir. The TDS of water supplied by the municipality at my home ranges between 130 and 160. If the filter is not cleaned on a weekly basis, there is dust that settles in the upper part. Would you suggest buying RO in this case?
i use urban company filter no problem app alerts the needful and I also collect the wastewater to reuse it in the garden,cleaning ,watering trees...nothing goes waste it you make an effort

I think u should also consider water tank storage quality. Plastics can cause health issues like thyroid and other endocrine disruptions. This is the reason we are ditching 20 ltr water bottles and i guess native m2 also has plastic storage. I would prefer stainless steal over plastics as they dnt cause health problems. Which is basically the purpose of a purifier. What is the point of putting microplastics in water after purification.. the whole purpose is lost.
I will suggest connect the outlet to to directly store it in a steel matka and use it from there. Bcoz steel tanks models are few and adds the costs and many even compromise on the features available as compared to full plastics versions

I have been using Eureka Forbes for 6+ years, definitely its costly, but from my experience - It gives you the best purified water we have, and the customer service is fantastic, hardly have they missed the deadline. Two things need to be taken care; it has got AMC which cost around 5-6k per year but trust me it's worth. Secondly, the place where I stay, irrespective of any given brand, everyone had to change the filter within one year and Eureka Forbes parts are not available outside the Eureka Forbes service center. But overall, I am happy to spend 6k per year for exclusive maintenance n number of time during the year + one filter change.
Excellent information & helpful for ppl to decide on the Purification level. Most necessary information is the Maintenance cost, which is not revealed wen we buy a new one. Thanks so much for your efforts

I have decided to buy urban company M2 purifier. When I checked on their website , there is no details mentioned of renewing AMC after 2 yrs in 4500 rs. I checked all details and all FAQ sections also. Also there is one section where they have mentioned that what can be the maintenance cost after 2 yrs and there they have mentioned this 4500 amount. But believe me , I can not consider this as AMC. They should directly mentioned AMC cost after 2 yrs with detailed T&C. On top of this , I thought to check this with their customer care but there is no way to reach them. Their is no customer care number mentioned. This is really alarming. How can we trust a branch where correct information is not mentioned and even there is no way to reach to customer care number. I have a due respect for you but I am really confused now whether I should consider your information as right for AMC renewal in 4500 or not. Thank you. waiting for your reply on this. RO delivers distilled water. In developed country wherever RO is used a remineraliser is also used to provide minerals Please study the details before recommending. The reason why I've never introduced water purifier in my home but, continuing with normal waterfilter. Hello Vineet, Thank you for sharing such detailed videos. I bought Native M2 RO by urban company after watching this video. I want to share my very bad experience after 2 months of use. The water dispensed from the RO has some strong chemical tase, and after complaining a few times and changing the pre carbon and health booster, the issue seems to persist, and after so much issue I've requested for a replacement of the machine. Now, when I receive the replacement, UC has not been able to arrange for an installation engineer for the past 2 days. I fear that there is a major issue with this model, and one of the UC engineers also warned me of the same. I request you to please check the quality of the product and share your feedback.
I also faced same issue with UC native M1. The replacement machine is also not good. I have asked for the refund. The water taste is pathetic . Very bad experience with them. Location - Bangalore.

They provide service only to select cities especially in state capitals , so it depends upon which city you live in. They also mentioned about it in amazon . I was also thinking about purchasing it but change my mind bcoz my city was not in their bucket list . All looks great , product , warranty, service except it does not come with SS tank on paper bcoz i have not used it .

One major factual error, Vineet. You don't need RO if tds is below 500, not 200. Don't toe the line of the companies to sell more RO, because it also wastes three times more water. UV/UF is best when there is a perpetual water crisis during the summers.

No he is right, 200+ tds does not tell a lot but there is a risk factor Better to go for an Ro at that point I would say, its better to go for an Ro no matter what the tds lvl is, water is a very small part of your bodies mineral supply, its better to either add external electrolytes to it or simply have a better diet Don't play with your health when majority of India's public water supply is gonna cut a few years of your life

I bought an Urban company Water purifier based on your review, I like that but there is one hidden charge that I have to pay forcefully, The technician told me that water pressure is too high at my floor so he offer me one pressure reducing device costs 700/- and told me if I didn't buy this device then he will not install the water purifier
I saw the same thing in their demo installation video. They have a range of 10-30 pressure so if its below or above u need to get the adjustment device/valve accordingly for 700 or 2000
Nice video and selected my water purifier through this i.e. Livpure Glitz for my home water conditions. But the product has given problems in a month of its use, and the customer service is very bad. They respond only half of the times I call and are yet to solve the problem, its been 1 month.

Hello! What an amazing Customer Service! Purchase the M1 water purifier from UC. The installation engineer who came to install and setup the water purifier refused to set the TDS as requested by us stating he is only here for the installation, doesn't set the TDS as he doesn't know how to do it or has the tools to do it and asked us to raise a ticket on the app regarding the same. We raised a new ticket, an engineer got assigned for today 12:30pm, the engineer calls he'll be coming to fix the tds issue but asked me to raise another ticket because he doesn't have the tools to fix the tds. I think we made a big mistake by buying this water purifier and I'll suggest people not to buy it!
I bought a native m2 ro on yr recommendation, which I am returning because in your huge promotion of this product you FORGOT to mention that this RO can only be installed in houses where the tap water TDS level is below 2000ppm. Please just don't promote like a sales person. Reveal such crucial cons and limitations as well.

After watching this I order Urban native M1 and I face the worst service ever totally wastage of money. I raised complain for refund but they totally denied that the product is not refundable. The plastic quality is super duper cheap it will easily break after few days. While installation they didn't bring pressure checking machine but said that as we have one storage building we have to brought pressure increaser kit which they additionally charged extra 3000 rupees. One big con of Native M2 is - It can't operate without electricity, even if the tank is full as it doesn't have a manual tap and operates only on touch (which will not work without electricity). Also check the service accessibility before you go for Native M2. If everything is controlled by mobile app, then you need to raise service tickets for reporting issues via the app and wait for the service men to come and fix.

I think u should also consider water tank storage quality. Plastics can cause health issues like thyroid and other endocrine disruptions. This is the reason we are ditching 20 ltr water bottles and i guess native m2 also has plastic storage. I would prefer stainless steal over plastics as they dnt cause health problems. Which is basically the purpose of a purifier. What is the point of putting microplastics in water after purification.. the whole purpose is lost.
I will suggest connect the outlet to to directly store it in a steel matka and use it from there. Bcoz steel tanks models are few and adds the costs and many even compromise on the features available as compared to full plastics versions

I have been using Eureka Forbes for 6+ years, definitely its costly, but from my experience - It gives you the best purified water we have, and the customer service is fantastic, hardly have they missed the deadline. Two things need to be taken care; it has got AMC which cost around 5-6k per year but trust me it's worth. Secondly, the place where I stay, irrespective of any given brand, everyone had to change the filter within one year and Eureka Forbes parts are not available outside the Eureka Forbes service center.
But overall, I am happy to spend 6k per year for exclusive maintenance n number of time during the year + one filter change.
You should've mentioned your monthly income when you say you're HAPPY to spend 6 thousand every year on maintenance of water purifier.

I have decided to buy urban company M2 purifier. When I checked on their website , there is no details mentioned of renewing AMC after 2 yrs in 4500 rs. I checked all details and all FAQ sections also.
Also there is one section where they have mentioned that what can be the maintenance cost after 2 yrs and there they have mentioned this 4500 amount. But believe me , I can not consider this as AMC. They should directly mentioned AMC cost after 2 yrs with detailed T&C.
On top of this , I thought to check this with their customer care but there is no way to reach them. Their is no customer care number mentioned. This is really alarming.
How can we trust a branch where correct information is not mentioned and even there is no way to reach to customer care number.
I have a due respect for you but I am really confused now whether I should consider your information as right for AMC renewal in 4500 or not.

Hello Vineet, Thank you for sharing such detailed videos. I bought Native M2 RO by urban company after watching this video. I want to share my very bad experience after 2 months of use. The water dispensed from the RO has some strong chemical tase, and after complaining a few times and changing the pre carbon and health booster, the issue seems to persist, and after so much issue I've requested for a replacement of the machine. Now, when I receive the replacement, UC has not been able to arrange for an installation engineer for the past 2 days. I fear that there is a major issue with this model, and one of the UC engineers also warned me of the same.
I request you to please check the quality of the product and share your feedback.

You dont need ro for now. Until the tds is below or around 300. Of it goes much beyond then you may consider getting an ro.

They provide service only to select cities especially in state capitals , so it depends upon which city you live in. They also mentioned about it in amazon . I was also thinking about purchasing it but change my mind bcoz my city was not in their bucket list . All looks great , product , warranty, service except it does not come with SS tank on paper bcoz i have not used it .

Before installing ro first install 2 pre filters a prefilter costs you Rs 200 to 300 let all the shit load take these two prefilters rather than spending Rs 5000 on AMC also learning RO repair byself is also good there are several videos in youtube regarding RO repair

If water TDS is 450, then you can go for UV+NF water purifier.

One major factual error, Vineet. You don't need RO if tds is below 500, not 200. Don't toe the line of the companies to sell more RO, because it also wastes three times more water. UV/UF is best when there is a perpetual water crisis during the summers.
My borewell water tds is 250-300.

Better to go for an Ro at that point
I would say, its better to go for an Ro no matter what the tds lvl is, water is a very small part of your bodies mineral supply, its better to either add external electrolytes to it or simply have a better diet
Don't play with your health when majority of India's public water supply is gonna cut a few years of your life

Don't go for copper tank, it will corrode within 4-5 days, you can't wash frequently. You can go for plastic tank(Food Grade) ABS.

I bought an Urban company Water purifier based on your review, I like that but there is one hidden charge that I have to pay forcefully,
The technician told me that water pressure is too high at my floor so he offer me one pressure reducing device costs 700/- and told me if I didn't buy this device then he will not install the water purifier
I saw the same thing in their demo installation video. They have a range of 10-30 pressure so if its below or above u need to get the adjustment device/valve accordingly for 700 or 2000

Nice video and selected my water purifier through this i.e. Livpure Glitz for my home water conditions.
But the product has given problems in a month of its use, and the customer service is very bad. They respond only half of the times I call and are yet to solve the problem, its been 1 month.

Hello! What an amazing Customer Service! Purchase the M1 water purifier from UC. The installation engineer who came to install and setup the water purifier refused to set the TDS as requested by us stating he is only here for the installation, doesn't set the TDS as he doesn't know how to do it or has the tools to do it and asked us to raise a ticket on the app regarding the same. We raised a new ticket, an engineer got assigned for today 12:30pm, the engineer calls he'll be coming to fix the tds issue but asked me to raise another ticket because he doesn't have the tools to fix the tds. I think we made a big mistake by buying this water purifier and I'll suggest people not to buy it!
I bought a native m2 ro on yr recommendation, which I am returning because in your huge promotion of this product you FORGOT to mention that this RO can only be installed in houses where the tap water TDS level is below 2000ppm. Please just don't promote like a sales person. Reveal such crucial cons and limitations as well.

I follow your videos from last few months and before buying any home appliances I always watch your video and blindly trust you, but to all the viewer of this channel I want to warn you not to follow his words he done paid promotion here. After watching this I order Urban native M1 and I face the worst service ever totally wastage of money. I brought it from Amazon at price 14500 rupees after delivering in just one days it was available at price 9700 in Amazon. I raised complain for refund but they totally denied that the product is not refundable. The plastic quality is super duper cheap it will easily break after few days. While installation they didn't bring pressure checking machine but said that as we have one storage building we have to brought pressure increaser kit which they additionally charged extra 3000 rupees. Never believe him he is fraud always buy product sincerely while buying. Hope my comment will help every one who blindly trust him. Kindly like my comment then it will more visible to audience and the truth behind this 3rd class company and this channel. Sab paisa barbad. 😢

One big con of Native M2 is - It can't operate without electricity, even if the tank is full as it doesn't have a manual tap and operates only on touch (which will not work without electricity). Also check the service accessibility before you go for Native M2. If everything is controlled by mobile app, then you need to raise service tickets for reporting issues via the app and wait for the service men to come and fix.
