- In this video, I will be going over a few red flags to look out for when you are searching for an agency or or an IMO as a life insurance agent. My goal is always to help wherever I can whether it’s advice or tips and tricks to grow your business so I hope that today’s video is helpful in your journey in finding the right agency and IMO for you.

I haven’t heard too much. I was just curious about this career and looked into agencies, I liked FFL because I don’t have to recruit if I don’t want to, I didn’t have to make a list of my friends and family to sell to and I don’t have any monthly agency fees or whatever. Some places do. I also get to keep my license if I move to another agency. Idk about PHP but I know some agencies try to keep your license, people have told me.

You can apply to each carrier but they require a book of business for the most part, or sales basically and when you’re new you don’t have a book of business yet. You can also try SIAA it’s an insurance cluster
