I didn’t even realize buddy was using different mics lmaoo
Hahah! You might hear more of a difference with some headphones on, but yeah they are pretty similar
😂😂😂😂
😂
real
The lensgo....
They’re all pretty similar! But the lensgo definitely has a brighter sound of you’re into that sorta thing 👏
I’m into it
I thought it just brought out more sibilance and didn’t sound as natural as the rode
@@steviepurcell7051agree. More "S" too
Agree!
So I bought the lens go and it sounded really good at first, but for whatever reason a couple months and it just lost all the fullness to the sound and now sounds really thin and brittle
2 almost had me but 4 is clearly the best to me. Perfect high end and low end blend
Same here😅
Option 4 is good if you are just record for the phones, but I think 1 is the better choice. That high end can get annoying after awhile
2 is the one for me it's the most crisp and clean 4 almost wants to sound like a kid who has his mic sensitivity a little to high
They all sounded VERY similar, but i preferred number 3, as it had a deeper, more soothing, tone.
I like 4. Lensgo
3 and 4 sounds like they have less background noise. With lensgo having the least amount of noise. I really just picked the one with the lowest noise and a more present vocal range
3 had the most background noise what are you on about
3 was my type but it had more noise in the background unfortunately, i wanted a crispy mic with just that, it's pretty good but 4 was the clear winner here
2&4 for clear voice and 3 for softer kind of voice, actually it depends on what you’re trying to present if it something practical and need attention from audience i think 2&4 will work the best, and if you’re presenting art or calming content need kind of soft and warm ambience #3 would be the best for that purpose.
3 sounds crisp
Option 4 has a better high end than the other mics, but I’m listening on the phone so I do t know what low end sounds like. I would consider option 4, 1 and 2 are close and 3 I didn’t like.
Which one is the cheapest, that's the best
So.. which one is the cheapest?
Links with current pricing are in the description :)
@@randyrektor how do i get to the description?? -im on mobile
@@edwardcastro2706you click the three button icon at the top of the screen and it will have an option for description and click that
😂
2 hands down give you the best quality! Especially for postproduction
Ok so for context - listened to all four using my Sony WH-1000XM4s...
First Impressions:
Rode - sounds really good
Comica - instantly hears the background hiss
Deity - Boomier & more bass frequencies but also with background hiss
LensGo - wait hold up need to go back and compare to Rode
To me, the LensGo sounds more full and closer to a broadcast mic like an SM7b which is ideal in my eyes. The Rode Wireless sounds great but reminds me of an NT1 or even a VideoMicPro+ (which is admittedly unfair to the NT1). Two different styles for sure, but I think the LensGo's more similar to a broadcast microphone - which probably isn't as flat as the Rode - and rejects more unwanted noise would be my go-to. Especially in a less than ideally treated room.
My personal favorites:
LesnsGo 348C
Rode Wireless Go
Comica Boom X-D
Deity Pocket Wireless
What are your thoughts?
Oh man, so much thought put into this. Thanks for the comment. That's interesting that once your heard the LensGo you had to go back. I was in a similar boat the first time I heard them. I was really shocked with how much presence and clarity there is. I totally agree with you about the comparisons!
I think my order would be this:
LensGo/Deity
Rode
Comica
If I really had to pick between the LensGo and Deity, I may have to go LensGo, but I love the warmth of the Deity. It's interesting that the Deity was low on your list. It just goes to show there's a product for everyone and audio is SUPER subjective. Thanks again for the comment
Thanks!
I’m about to purchase the deity, i like the aesthetic but am definitely going to look over all 4 of these and do my research.
Oh really? I thing the LensGo sounds really hissy. Apart from that I agree
(listening on the akg k-271 mkii)
Option 2,and 3 deeper clarity. #4 is softer and higher pitch .
Totally agree!
Lensgo for sure! But they are all super good! 😁
I think they are all really good with very small differences that add different characters to your voice(like the second one sounded a lot brighter than the third more mellow tone but they both still sound really good)
Lensgo has a very “airy” sound to it. sounds more open, though I’d say it depends on the application of the mic.
Rode I’d use for some youtube applications
Deity I’d use in a podcast setup and interviews
Comica doesn’t sound as great to me personally
Lensgo I’d use maybe (and it’s a big maybe) for voice recording on the go or wireless field recording, such as trying to make stealthy ambient recordings since it clearly covers a wider frequency range and seems it will give more process flexibility in post.
This is such a great observation. Totally agree that the LensGo has the brightest top end, for sure!
Actually I’m gonna got with option 1 overall it just has less harsh frequencies and seems like it does a better job of noise cancelation
I agree with that. I say 1 or 2..
3 and 4 sounded a little tinny.
@@user-zl1hc9zb4i I bought the Rhode mic used, it was was worth it!
Ok I thought something was wrong with me. Everyone saying 3 and 4 but to me 1 was the best.
@@Royallanestudios yes, I actually bought the first one and I’ve did a few UA-cam shorts with the first mic
Lensgo has a really good mid-high blend which adds bright tones whereas the rode go II has a low-mid, almost bass like tone to it which is nice for lowering high pitched voices. I currently use both the rode go mic II and the 7ryms wireless mic. Honestly both are great options and I use the 7ryms for my boom mics and shotgun mics.
Comics Boom XD Pro sounds best to me in the lineup. Second best was Rode, 3rd was Deity and fourth was that LensGo 348 C. What were the price ranges of all of them and could you do a remake of this short but outdoors where birds are chirping? I’m looking for something that picks up those sounds while talking well.
I lilke 1 & 2
But I will get the 2 comica, because of the case and versatility with all different devices!
Thanks you have new subscriber!❤❤
Thanks so much! Before you make a purchase, I just put out a new video on the Hollyland Lark Max, and it’s a big step up! Check out that review first. I think you’ll be more happy with that (around the same price)
@@randyrektor Thank you I will check it out right now!
Honestly, all of them are so similar to each other that it's really hard to distinguish who's better!
1 is better for vlogs more natural sounding 2 is a well rounded one 3 is really good for documenting 4 is actually really good for small spaces it seems
The lensgo and the deity in that order! The lensgo sounds brighter and crisper than the rest!
100% with you!
i have a feeling this song will be one of jjk’s most nostalgic songs years after the anime ends.
Pick number 3 my lord ✌🏽
Mmm, yes, good call 👌🏻👌🏻
haaa! one of the best scenes in Shrek lol
Agreed 😂 to the comment about shrek
@@feelingsugoi 🤣
😂😂
4 sounds clean and crisp
4 sound great
Deity👌🏼
I like the air boost of the 4th one
3 is balanced but not as crisp as 4. It’s a toss up, but if I had to choose, 4.
4th one but all sounded fine so go with the cheapest
2 & 4 are crisp audio
the last one was like really clean and strong but if not that one 3 is good
Tbh, all of these sound great! Pro tip. Get the cheaper one and and some (free) eq.
Good call!
Dang the Lensgo sounds great!
One of the cheapest too!
Yeeah only for 160-250 so cheap 🤯🤣
You missed the part where I said “cheapest”
🤣🤣 Most ppl don’t think that’s cheap. Ppls budget ranges from 100-150 that’s reality. Still, No one can deny they’re great mics and worth it, for some. There’s the (Sudotack st-800/900) for 59.99 not wireless but offer similar quality. You should review it.
1 or 2 definitely 😊
What’s their price range? And which is one is the best bank for your buck
They all sound fucking amazing I want them all
Basic objective mic pickup quality... Deity easily wins. 👍
Man, people love the Deity! It’s such a warm sound!
@@randyrektor I think we get so used to expecting a wireless / lapel mic sounding quite 'thin' as the lower end professional ones often do, knowing we will need to tweak EQ, etc in post. But the Deity, out of the box, sounds almost in the same league as a high-end lapel...
2 and 4 sound crispiest n cleanest
2 clearest, 3 more bass and lively, 4 is like between 2 and 3. As clear as 2, not as much bass as 3 but it has a cool lil reverb sound to it. All are great though
The last one sounds crisp
Lens Go for sure
3 sound cool but the 4 ur like having dynamic mic but smaller
1. Rode
2. Deity
3. Comica
4. Letsfckngo
Deity smoke them all, listening on a professional monitors
rode is one man army
Uh, Deity sounds really good.. my pick definitely.
It definitely has the warmest sound to my ears.
4 but I like the clean sound 3 had
Which one are you using ? That's the best !
watch this with my earphone in, 3 and 4 is 👍
Loving these videos man! Thank you for everything. What kind of wireless mic is that you’re using on your shirt?
Thanks for the kind words! I've been using the Hollyland Lark Max recently! Best bang for the buck in my opinion. Video on my channel if you're interested :)
I like 2 and 3
Need a wireless mic for youtuber beginners that is somewhat cheap and has a good audio. These are all nice too but just too expensive.
4,1,2, then 3
Which one is best for motoblogging
I'd suggest either the Deity or Comica. Both come with lavalier microphones which would be nice because you can run them up your jacket and into your helmet for close micing.
Which is ur best
4 4 sure 🔥
option 4 for sure
You should included the price also
Links in the description :)
Not wireless but
A wired earpods enters and
Mic quality *chef kiss*✨
Deity is definitely my pick.
It’s really a solid option. Also the best accessories out of any of them in my opinion :)
@@randyrektor plus the fact that it can link to their more expensive wireless system.
@@JasonLorette oooooooo I had no idea! Looking it up now 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
@@randyrektor that’s my understanding anyway.
I think number 3 is the best
The deity for sure
I’m struggling between 2 and 4
Welche ist gut und passt für Handay??
Diety mic has an amazing low end
Totally agree! 👍🏻
Rode is the most crispy everytime.
Where can I buy this wireless mic
I have links to these in the description, but it may be only viewable on desktop. Hope this helps!
4 by far!
How is the Rode ? Should I buy this I make vlogs on iPhone 14 pro? Can anyone suggest me pls😊
What is the cheapest?
yours is the best so what do you use mate
Which one is the best for recording on the beach and public places, that will have as less background as possible ?
Please recommend
They’re all omni-directional capsules, so likely very similar. The best thing you can do is get the mic as close to the mouth as possible.
@@randyrektor it is so sad
I don’t know how people record video on the beach, so noisy ((( but the view is good
I’ve never gotten my rode wireless mics to sound anywhere close to that
2 and 4 sounded the best
lens go so clean
Can you test rhese same four mics outside?
Are those 4 pure vocal without any add/mix into it? Especially the 4th?
I don't remember entirely, but I'm pretty sure they were just normalized to standard UA-cam loudness levels.
the hell dji at
This is after processing the sounds from the mics right?
Yeah, just levels. No EQ or any compression.
lensgo 348 c microphone definetly wins
Can i use this for canon g7x mark ii
Lensgo for sure
Tbh I think it depends on the type of content you’re narrating. 3 for nature, 4 for commercial use, 1 and 2 for generic use
need more background noose to tell
Which of these are cheaper for me?
I think the cheapest is the LensGo
@@randyrektor I like that the price. I just saw some Rhode wireless go's for 149.00 clean.
2&4
Lens sound the best, comica came close
Deity sound deep and rich
Which saunds ist gut for mobile
LensGo sounded best to me!
Deityyyyyy🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Lensgo sounds the clearest to me
3 for me
4 all the way
Lens Go
The one which you recorded from 😅
Each line was recorded with the corresponding microphone :) they sound quite similar don’t they?
2 or 3
diety amazing
It really is!
Please wired version to sing starmaker apps 😂
