Sally Field was a very pretty girl and the song and her pictures couple very well. She was not only nice looking but had that something in her smile and way of looking at people that made her someone special. Nice to hear and to see.

I have liked this song since I first Heard it long ago. And Sally Field's smile is sincere and makes her look very nice and it shows she was a good person. Too bad she is no longer with us as people like her are always needed in this World.

One of my favorites when I was 20 years old. And the girl in the video is simply beautiful. I wonder -Who would not love a girl like that?

I tale it that Chris Montez has a crush on Sally Field, lucky girl. She is among My favorite actresses and I admire her very much. I nevera imagined I would feel jealous of her because the very charming Chris Montez has a crush on her. Don't blame you Chris!

Unbelievably, for those who fondly remember her at 18-19 for her one year as "Gidget" (1965), and then not-so-fondly at 20-23 for "The Flying Nun" (1967-70) she is now 70 (!!!) since Nov. 6, 2016. She is also well-remembered for her gushing acceptance speech (1985), after winning an Academy Award for Best Actress, for "Places in the Heart" (1984). "I haven't had an orthodox career, and I've wanted more than anything to have your respect. The first time I didn't feel it, but this time I feel it-and I can't deny the fact that you like me, right now, you like me!" Field was actually making a humorous reference to dialog from her role in "Norma Rae" (1979), but many people missed the connection.

her best scene: Steel Magnolias, when she is at her daughter's grave and screaming about how she can be dead. gets me in tears every time.

"Gidget" at 0:25. For those who loved her and that all-too-short series!
Sally Field found out she descends from William Bradford, 67 [1590-1657] (Governor of Plymouth Colony, MA), authored "Of Plymouth Plantation", 1630-1651), who arrived on the Mayflower and helped his fellow English Puritans establish their new lives in colonial America and later discovers that her ancestors sided with the British crown during our nation’s War of Independence and paid the ultimate price.

I sure wish Hollywood producers would give some of Merle Streeps part to Sally Field and some of the other actresses of a certain age. Sally is as good an actress and as attractive as Streep. I don't get it and I for one am tired of seeing that woman in every movie when they need a 60 year old actress!

Sally matured extremely well. That Gidget look was wack.
