I was stabbed when I was in the army. An Afghan translator stabbed me in the chest, ribs, and slashed my stomach completely open, puncturing my diaphragm three times. Knowing how god awful that hurts, I truly hope if this POS is found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, they give him the death penalty, and it isn’t overturned into a life in prison without parole. It is a pain that I honestly cannot even describe. It was the most awful thing has ever happened to me, EVER. Being stabbed to death, is something that there really isn’t anything to compare it to. It’s just……literally the worst pain. Cannot even articulate how bad

The judge protects the suspect intentionally. What we see in court is back profile of the suspect, his attorney, prosecutor. The sound is terrible, far away from professional standards. All of these seems to be intentional. In other trials, like John Deep, or others, cameras were directed to who was speaking: in this case cameras see backs of the main actors of the trial. It is confusing. The judge should be changed I think.

That's old enough and learnèd enough to be qualified and entitled to kill four other human beings, isn't it? What's the problem? He surely processed everything in a conscientious and prudent way. There must be some sensible reason and defense for someone who killed four defenseless people he didn't know, and in cold blood. What don't I understand?

The way these comments have more compassion and want fairness for Bryan is insane…. Talking about a fair trial for a man who killed 4 humans in less then 60minutes.. the state of the world is demonic…

It’s part of our legal process in our free and democratic country. It’s this way or no way. It has to be fair and if it’s not our legal rights are in jeopardy

Generally, at the moment of the crime the murderer was afraid he made much noise, we know that some victims were very noisy. Dog was barking all the time as I suppose, victims were screaming, he could lost cold blood. For this reason he made general mistake leaving the sheat. It could be the reason for that. If there was any possible way to leave the knife on the crime scene, for example putting it into the existing pipe system, or under the roof, or into the existing infrastructure of any kind, he could leave the knife there. It was better to him to not possess the knife in the car, because he could expect that Police will run after him. Also it is possible, that the girl „surviver” was the Bryan’s helper, and she has taken the knife. She could have hidden place prepared for it, for example in her room. It would explain, why he didn’t kill her. We know that Bryan K. asked Police if there was another person arrested. I would say, that if the „surviver” is a Jew, as Bryan K. is, it is possible that they cooperated: Police should investigate weather they met before, or made phone calls, even in the deep past. Sewere interrogation could reveal new facts. This is the reason why the trial could be postponed; because new facts were revealed, and the collection of proofs is still in progress.
Also any traces, for example any data related to power consumption, use of laundry, on the crime scene shortly after the murder would act against the surviver, as the only person active early in the morning, knowing what happened. The surviver is the most interesting person during investigation. She should be checked as a possible suspect, not observer nor potential victim. It is necessary to check the room of the surviver, and if Bryan K. was inside it, the surviver cooperated with him.
People forcing the Police and University to demolish the crime scen (the building) simply cooperate with the murderer.

Another thing I have always wondered, where are the BF and DM vehicles, because as we all saw the only vehicles they had at the scene were the victims vehicles and Ethans brother. The BF and DM vehicle would have to remain at the scene as evidence, why is no one talking about that. Does anyone know?
