Can I purchase a 221 featherweight bobbin Samancousa 45750. Plus a handout

My original Featherweight bobbin case says, "SIMANCO 45750", not 51. Look for 50 for best results.

The under bobbin case won't work. There is no movement, and threads won't connect.
Seams to be in bobbin winding mode.
