Such a beatiful collection! Something I would bevery interested in, is to see a video talking about different types of alterations or tips&tricks on how to make things better fit oneself, if you would ever be up for making one! 😊 I've started to sew my own pieces and have dabbled a bit into making my own alterations, so any info would be greatly appreciated.
The back panel and bustle you added are gorgeous! I'm a sucker for back bustles. They always make me want to wear a dress😊 I love the coords you wear in this video, they're so balanced and you look very pretty!
You have such a perfect collection!! Metamorphose is my favorite brand so seeing so many of their pieces is a great start to my day. I totally get what you mean about glass on prints, there's something magical about it but I can't really tell why. Great video!
I absolutely love your collection and how you presented it by color! I don't own any pieces by Meta (yet) but Cats and Cherry Cake is 100% on my wishlist.❤ Thanks for sharing!
Thank you! I store them by color because I have a terrible memory which helps lol. And cats and cherry cake is such a fun print, I hope you can grab it someday!
I am so jealous of your honey pic 🤪 one day I want to own the shirring jsk in mint. I had the op a long time ago but the sleeves drove me crazy that's why I sold it. 💓
I would get more Meta main pieces but the colors are so hard to coord without buying a bunch more things. I do agree that their high contrast illustrations are wonderful, though. Lovely wardrobe!
Your dresses are stunning, if you don't mind me asking how long did it take to get your collection this large? I am brand new to wearing Lolita and only own one dress so far but I have many dream dresses which I hope to own one day.
At the time of filming I had been wearing the fashion for 4 years, so it definitely took a bit of time. Fingers crossed that your dream dresses come up soon!
loved all the motifs, and number 2 looks like a dress one would actually wear to dress up like oh kind of looks like a loose fitting prom dress or to a wedding, I am a sucker for time honored elements, flowers especially many of the ladies at church wear floral prints, i mean normal dresses not lolita, some vintage but floral and plant type prints are very common, and their vails are very nice pattered usually lace, some wear a tidy english style hat or a simple but dimure looking hat, very cottage like, subltle colored and spring and hopefull like colored, some even wear a calico pattern, you have to understand though its a traditional latin mass community, and the guys wear suits and many times fedoras or nice ties, like going back in time think 1950's or early 1960's, mind you not loud prints but many patterns very wabbi sabi or less is more in japanese, but I love old buildings, like religious motiefs and things from our western ancestry from a more laid back civil time, where things were simpler, but art was still put into things, where form did not just follow pure utility function. in a word not unlike flower bottle kind of like that is what I might see at church on one of the ladies, but long lenght and maybe not two layers on the ends with the scaloping.
There are a lot of different options, many of mine have been done by Thistledown Emporium but she has limited availability. I would recommend asking your local comm for recommendations of places in your area that can be trusted with EGL.
I can relate to liking the look of glass, it’s just so smooth and shiny!
Yesss the smooth aspect is definitely part of the appeal haha
The shirring panel alteration is so smart and pretty!!

I love that you have Popping Balloon and Night Carnival. Two of my favorite prints and I rarely see anyone wear them! ❤
They’re both top tier!!

Thanks for watching! I’m not sure if I would be the best person to talk about alterations specifics because I can’t sew myself but I’ll consider it!
Thanks for the video! This has some great tips in it

Mint is such a good colorway! I hope you’re able to find it!

The colors can definitely be tricky lol. I think I’ve tailored my wardrobe to suit Meta so I often have a hard time with pieces from other brands lmao
