Many many thanks Larc, just completed this job, couldn't have done without your help. Same problem the belly gets in the road lol. Keep the vids coming .
Just done this job myself after watching this video. The longest thing was getting one cable from GSF. Took me 50 minutes to get the LH then had to go to Euros for the RH. Thanks for the video.
Thanks Larc for the video. Had same problem 4 weeks before TÜV. Couldn't do it myself. Was too rotten...But mechanic fixed it and we are good to go for next two years. Should use my Trafic2 van more often. As always great Video. Bye from lower Bavaria.
Sorry, I don't know. Best way to get the correct ones first time is to take the old ones in to the autofactors with you to make sure. It's a pain, but there seems to be a few different lengths. Good luck sorting it out 🤞. Cheers, Larcs 👍
Probably best to check your brake pad thicknesses and brake fluid level first (for the light). When all of the pads get worn together (front and back) the reservoir can get low. If you top it up remember to check it doesn't overflow when you replace the pads. The roughness is probably the cables or the handbrake itself maybe? Good luck sorting it out 🤞. Cheers Larcs 👍
Good honest video, no frills, no cheesy music and shows exactly what problems\awkwardness someone doing this themselves might face. Thank you 👍
Thanks, no problems. I do use some cheesy music sometimes though 😁.
Buying a Vivaro is still on my list.
Thanks Fred👍

Thanks, no problems 😃. Glad it was of some help.

I had to do my handbrake cables two months ago, it only cost me £30 for two new cables from my local motor factor. Like the videos keep them coming.
Good job sorting it out 👌.
Cheers Larcs 👍

Are cables the same on a 2014 plate vivaro

I’m guessing the difference between the cable lengths is due to one being for a SWB and the other LWB?
I guess so? They're different side to side as well.
My handbrake doesn't feel smooth when applying it (this has just started to happen) also at the same time I've got the STOP & Brake light on the dash.

That robin probably don't like cars with four wheels that's why it's pooping on the TT...
🤣 so true 😂. Perhaps if I took one of the wheels off it would be a bit more respectful where it did it's business?? 😉
Cheers Larcs 👍
@@LarcsWorkshop haha we may never know 😄
