In general, I'm not trying to eat at hotel restaurants, unless they have breakfast buffets. However, in the case of Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort, you don't have much choice nearby.
Fortunately, Mekong, the hotel's pan-Southeast Asian and Chinese restaurant, actually did well in presenting most of its dishes. From satay to fried salt and pepper squid, and miang kham to guava and lychee-infused cocktails and mocktails, the chefs are cooking with gas!
