Chinese Food Market and

Hunan province is my #chinesefood paradise. It's got endless #chilies , green tea , buckets of #rice with pretty much anything edible on top, crawfish and perch, beef and pork jerky, and a whole bunch of #localproduce thrown into the mix. Aaaand then there's stinky tofu.(it's not bad!)
Changsha, the provincial capital, naturally makes it easy to sample food from throughout Hunan.
Today, we'll visit the Nanmenkou street market, and steam into a bite of that much maligned foul protein aka stinky tofu.
