INGREDIENTS:
2 Eggs
60g sugar
250ml milk (warm)
2 1/2 tsp yeast
80g butter
1 tsp salt
550g plain flour
3 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp cinnamon powder
Bake at 180'C for 30-35 minutes or until slightly browned.
