This was so inspiring. I'm almost ashamed to admit this, but I am 36 years old and don't have any female friends. This is something my heart desires greatly. More importantly Godly woman. This gave me hope! It seems like a lot of people are not open to new friendships.
Ask and you shall receive! Ask God to send you the female friendships you need and be open to who comes....or are already there, and you haven't noticed yet ❤
Crystal, what you have is a goldmine. This is what life is about - healthy relationships. Some of us don’t have this, like myself. God brought you all together. This is beautiful to watch.
So many people put some much weight on romantic relationships, but there is something so amazing and priceless about Sista friends. Your Sistas will see you through everything! Good bad and in different. Thank you for shining light on it. My Sistas have been my light so many times in life
Omg I laughed cried laughed and cried again 😂😂😂 please bring them all back .. ESPECIALLY NINA OMG SHE IS ME 😂😂 this is giving goooood girl time THIS IS BEAUTIFUL CRYSTAL YOUVE DONE IT AGAIN WITH ANOTHER AMAZING EPISODE YOU NEED AN AWARD ❤❤
This is everything! Love it! It’s never too late to pray for a good girlfriend! I met my now bestie in our late 30s, approaching 40. I literally prayed for her. I was new in the area and needed to build a circle of good local friends. Never be ashamed to pray and watch God work! Both of us had been praying for that type of friendship. Has it been easy? Naah, a close sisterhood is intentional and will require work on both sides. It’s been refreshing. Nothing against people who say their spouse is their best friend, but it’s helped my marriage to not put so much expectations on mine, and to have an outlet.
This was a necessary conversation. When I meet people now at age 41, I ask myself what is the purpose in our meeting, what part am I called for and them as well. God is awesome. Thanks for sharing this👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
At 40, I feel the exact same way when I encounter new ppl now! Chiiiiile MY time is soooo valuable, that I really only want to spend it around good, genuine ppl, who authentically love God, knows how to have fun, are knocking out goals and are doing good in this world! Thasssit!🤌🏾😂
Thank You Chrystal for the laughs ....Always a good time....."Such a safe space"....To Lil Sis who shared the intimate bedroom story.....girl brace yourself cause marriage offers are going to be falling out the sky after they hear that one!! See you next week😘
I just finish watching this episode! I knew it was going to be good. It definitely was a safe place. My love language in a friendship is words of affirmation, quality time, a little gift giving. Tomorrow I'm going to check on my best friend. Thank you ladies for being authentic, honest, vulnerable. You definitely help me out today. We going to need a part 2 😂♥️💪🏾 #sisterhood p.s. you didn't say I was going to be crying but I needed it. Love ya
This was so refreshing and real. No one pulling hair, using profanity at each other and just being plain old messy. As I have matured, I see the value and the bond that I have developed with two friends of mine. Priceless…
I am up at work and I am truly grateful for this friendship dynamics. The testimonies shared during this episode…inspired me to be a better friend and to also continue working on my spiritual journey. This episode made me cry …it made me laugh and it made me pray.💛💛💛💛💛
OMG! When u started reading the letter from Ebony... im like did I write this and not remember?!?!?? Literally word for word is how I feel! I had to pause the video JUST TO WRITE this comment. Here I am Ebony, but 40 yrs old with the SAME EXACT PROBLEM!! 😮
I hate she put her age in it bc as you stated it don’t stop. Only thing is she can learn early, be true to you first. Some people will take your good heart for weakness. It's important to know your worth and self wholeheartedly.
I loved this episode so much! Crystal, you have a HEART OF GOLD and it is so beautiful to see you surrounded by amazing women that exudes the same quality. God bless you ladies! 🩷
Thank you! This episode is amongst the top 3. I first came across you, Crystal, from Sistas! I was so impressed with (1) your life testimony (2) ministry, KIPS is a ministry touching & changing people’s lives (3) your work ethics and finally (4) your humbleness. God has blessed and surrounded you with people that truly love and care about you. Your light shines through. Your relationship with the Ellises is truly inspiring. Keep letting God use you!! Love & Prayers to you always!!❤
I’m 🗣️this episode was sooooooooo good!!! A lot of confirmation, information, and affirmation I received from this one episode🙌🏾 Friendships are important and being authentic, supportive, loyal, and communicating is a MUST… Showing your appreciation, gratitude, friendship love language is very important…. SisterHood and your Safe Space means so much this episode really has given me all the answers I’ve been looking for and I want to say thank you Ms. Crystal ❤ I’m going through finding me and I’m growing through leaving people that doesn’t serve me any purpose…. Keep it Going Sweetie because you will get there 🙌🏾❤️😘
Love this episode I’m in my late 30’s and have never had a group of sister friends. I have struggled for years…with so many insecurities, feelings of low self worth that I couldn’t let the right ppl in. I always associated and felt comfortable with ppl who were in the same space of negativity as me. I pray God connects me with the right ppl and I can have a good group of sister friends that I can learn and grow from and truly be my authentic self with one day soon. So refreshing to see this thank you for this episode
Speaking of "Going Through" Crystal you have me "Going Through" my UA-cam Alerts to find this treasure of a conversation that was open and honest. I'm "Growing Through" watching all of your videos to catch up and make sure I didn't miss any conversations that inspires me to be my best self. I just love your spirit❤❤
I only have two girl's I'am close to that I can tell you that one I felt close to with like a sister and the other is like family to me and I felt this spoke to me in a good way, because the friend who's act like a sister to me is the person i'am close with and the other who is like family to me, I'am always with them everywhere, but no matter where I go, I open up truly close and I've learned the true definition of helding space. This felt so real to me and I'am still at 26 yrs old trying to find female friend's who won't turn against me or act funny, and to be honest I tell my truth to other's because of experience. but I like how you women come together and discuss the purpose of what female friendship is truly like.
The laughter with the screaming reminded me of my days in college with my friends. Whenever we got together and started cracking up, it was loud and hilarious LOLLL, love it!
I just loved this podcast and this specific episode because it was all about Sistahood and I’m glade you got all your close friends to talk about it cause these ones sitting on the couch is the definition of Sistahood just watching them daily and how y’all support one another is amazing and I love that so shout out to y’all ❤️💐🫶🏽
Hey Crystal!! Sending blessings and love from Nevis 🇰🇳. Im really loving your #KIPS Podcast. Loving the way you keeping it positive and you are helping by touching the lives of so many people near and far. God bless you always 🫶🏽❤️
I thank God in one of the toughest seasons of my Life I learned to love myself again and trust God's will for my life! Surrendering and learning the Art of Detachment! I learned to release others who are no longer serving me with Love and Kindness! ❤🎯🎉
Some of my friends and I have to rebuild around “so-called” friends that pulled away w/o warning. So good to hear about genuine friendships with no limitations.
Enjoyed this episode. Love your girls! And love you for bringing us all together in a safe space to be transparent! I always gain from the time and am grateful that God has used you,Crystal, to help me gain footing in this time of my life @age 71. 😍
Sisterhood is so important and very much needed. I am still searching for my tribe, but I’m sure it will be well worth the wait. Many blessing to you and your sisters for sharing this episode. ❤️❤️❤️
I loooooveeeeee the relationship between them omg❤❤❤this episode was inspiring and so teachable....I learned a lot and what true and genuine friendship looks like
I just listened to this....I really enjoyed it. Nina, I loved her personality. She sounds like a real one. Over-all I enjoyed everyone's insightful take on Sisterhood. I have 3 Sistas over 30 years stron. Blood couldn't make us any closer or stronger. We definitely keep it authentic!
I love all of this. This conversation was on point. I felt like I was sitting on the couch you all of you. I definitely need some real sisters in my life. Thank you Crystal for hosting this one.
Ty for this ladies. It's awesome to see latest be so open and vulnerable because we all know that African American women have been taught to keep it to ourselves to avoid. ❤❤
I never had a loving group of friends and sisters like this in my life. I wish I had this, but it's hard to find it. Most people are close to you just for what they can gain from you. I wish you ladies nothing but the best and that you continue to be there for one another.
Watched it, Loved it so many gems dropped!!! This episode of @keepitpositivesweetie was deep for me because the sisterhood I have that surrounds me is everything to me. We have created a bond and love one another flaws and all. I just want to truly thank you for this platform you have no idea how you are out here changing our live and how much we value you. May GOD keep shining his light on you Crystal 💕💕💕. #KIPS 💚
Another great episode! My friends and I are probably 10+ years older than you all and yet I grabbed some nuggets from this episode and want them to watch with me so that we can discuss. I will also suggest my daughter watch with her friends. We're both blessed to have some true ride or "live" sister friends and I think they'll enjoy the conversation you had with your sister friends. Thanks for sharing week after week and pouring into so many people.
Hello Ms. Crystal, I just want to say I love love your podcast , I have been watching since day one launch and I can truly say you have shed some light in so many areas and by having guests on your show that also share things that they've been through makes it even better as everyone goes through different things at different times but some what have experienced a little something in all areas you ladies have spoken of .....These words of affirmation are going to help a lot of us get through whatever it is we are going through ...God bless you for having this podcast and for everyone sharing the most inner experience and hardship and to know even successful women go through things as well ...keep doing what you're doing your show is powerful and an inspiration to all women around the world......Love you 🫶🫶
OMG….Crystal Renee your show was amazing. I pray that my friends and I can do something like this with openness and oneness. Thanks for keeping it positive sweetie😘
From 46-54 mins damn 😅😅that part took me down 😅😅😅😅😅 I need that today 💯 Wor; give people flowers when they can still smell them 💯 Happy Tuesday #kips family 💖🫶🏾🫶🏾
This was an amazing topic. I myself is in my early 40’s and much like your friend Nina I have not always had the best relationships with women. I am at a place in my life where I am not closed off to possibly opening up to maybe one more associate but it would have to be bought together by God. It needs to be someone who is mature and secure within themselves to not be envious, competing with me and to understand I wanna just keep it light and have fun.
Boundaries, I love it. One thing that struck me is putting space in between you and another person. If I have to put too much space in between us, then our friendship/relationship does not serve me.
I absolutely love what you are doing with your platform!! As Black women, while yes there may be some commonalities with other women of color, some things specifically affect us. I love everything about this episode! I don’t have sisters by blood, but I would never trade the sisters that God sent my way. Keep doing what you’re doing! I am loving being able to see your journey!
I love this episode 💜 I definitely believe every women needs a true sisterhood. I do feel as you get older it’s harder to meet new friends. I moved to Houston ten years ago and haven’t met a single woman to build a sisterhood with. My two long time friends from back home changed up and it was so weird. One said she couldn’t be around me anymore because I had a child and she couldn’t. I thought because we both grew up together and was in church together we could get passed that but she distanced herself. I’ve matured enough to just know when it’s the right time God will send the right friend
If you aren’t around women who are working on themselves or just women with unique and genuine qualities, it will always be drama and competing. I pray you eventually find your tribe!
This is good. True friends will always pay attention to your feelings. Most of they should apologize if they offend you. Respect your differences and boundaries. It's not always about you. Each one should protect each other as well protect yourselves!
Thanks for this! So many gems and appreciation this conversation. We don’t talk about the grief we experience during the loss of friendship/sisterhood. Honesty Accountability Grace What are the Love languages of friendship! 🎉 literally was typing this before u mentioned it.

I needed this boost of serotonin today. Loved all the ladies
Love love love this episode ❤️!!!
I felt like I was right in the room with my girlfriends! Thanks for this Crystal!! I was screaming and kiki'ing along with yall
This was an amazing topic. I myself is in my early 40’s and much like your friend Nina I have not always had the best relationships with women. I am at a place in my life where I am not closed off to possibly opening up to maybe one more associate but it would have to be bought together by God. It needs to be someone who is mature and secure within themselves to not be envious, competing with me and to understand I wanna just keep it light and have fun.
agreed
I just love this everybody telling their stories I wish I had some support like this 😢😢😢 the love is real
this was healing for me ..thankful for you and your sisters being transparent..
Not even done watching this but already loving it ❤️
Boundaries, I love it. One thing that struck me is putting space in between you and another person. If I have to put too much space in between us, then our friendship/relationship does not serve me.
I absolutely love what you are doing with your platform!! As Black women, while yes there may be some commonalities with other women of color, some things specifically affect us. Wow 🥲 this sister hood is beautiful the confirmation I’ve received thank you lord god bless all of you
Crystal, let me just be the one to tell you that, you are blessed to have 3 ladies that you can call a true friend. Truly special

This is absolutely beautiful. I love this for you. Thank you for sharing this part of your life with us. We all need friends and love and support!
I love this episode 💜 I definitely believe every women needs a true
sisterhood. Omg! this was one of my favorite episode, you ladies was hilarious and had me rolling on the floor.
This was so wholesome. You are what you attract & all these ladies seem amazing. ❤
Sisterhood means the world to me.. having someone that you can experience life with and true love with. Everyone one deserves that!
This is beautiful to see ❤.. Nina is hilarious 😂. You ladies are BEAUTIFUL!
Absolutely LOVE THIS!!!! ❤❤❤
