This is how I budget my money and actually stick to it! I've found the best App to help you budget your money in the UK
I love creating monthly budgets, but i find it hard to stick to them. With Hyperjar I've actually been able to budget my money and stick to it!! It's the best method I've found to budget my money as a Mum, for all of my random outgoings, it has been a game changer!!!

Love this video! I have been watching alot of budget by paycheck method and have got a monzo account which do the saving pots abit like this although I do like this app with the whole kids area and when they are older with pocket money.. it definitely needs to be brought to light these type of apps to help with budgeting properly!

This looks really good!!! I have a question though, are you just moving variable expenses and savings into it and keeping the fixed expenses such as direct debits and standing orders for utilities, childcare, mortgage etc in a main bank account? xx
i do this with my Virgin account- linked savings with saving pots. i only have my pet insurance, car insurance and rainy day fund set up at the moment

Out of interest, if you allocated all of your money to a jar, and then went to a shop which wasn’t easy to categorise (I.e m&s where you could be buying food, toiletries, clothes etc) where does the money come from? Or does it ask you to categorise the payment after you spend the money?
Also, if you have shell set up as a brand partner and only have £50 in the pot but need to spend £50.50 does it just take the remainder from unallocated funds?

Amanzing!! Yes I will download the app, I was actually planning to open 4/5 bank accounts in order to divide the money 😀 Just wondering if you must have a PayPal? Or instead can you link the app directly to the main bank account?

I don’t think Asda is on there but they add new brand partners all the time. Deffo worth having a look on their app babe (link in the description box) xxx

It's really easy - once you're signed up transfer money from your bank account using the HyperJar sort code and account number you can see on the Account tab in the app. Money shows up instantly in the Wallet on your Home screen. Then you can move it to different jars. 🙌
