    I love this, I’ve been doing something similar with my main bank and another online only bank which allows jars - but I love the fact that you can switch jars to link to card, as I have to move things between accounts. Will defo look at this, as it’s a step up to what I’m currently doing.
    Also, please ignore those people moaning about ADs, I understand the need for ads, this is your job and you need to pay the bills. As long as the ads are for things that you truly use and are honest then I see no issue with it. People need to realise that UA-cam ad revenue can’t be the only source of income for smaller channels and even massive channels rely on doing ADs!

      It really is such a great e-money account.. I just simplifies everything and like you said.. being able to spend from the right jars makes it so much easier as you don't have to money money around after spending :)
      Thank you for the Ad comment.. I create so much content on my channels and the percentage of Ads to non Ads is probably about 95% free content to 5% Ads.. and like you said.. this is my only source of income and I feel very flattered when a brand wants to work with me :) xxx

      Here here regarding ads. You are very careful Kerry what you put your name to and I agree with the subscriber above - sorry cannot click to see your name whilst I am typing. Xx.

    Some great tips Kerry...my husband and I have a savings, an ATM account and our home loan. We then have a spreadsheet with all of our "secondary accounts" such as grocery, fuel, care for our dog, house expenses, medical etc. So on pay days we divide it up into these and we never buy something unless we have the funds. We save And buy it then. We are very conscious about food waste and using what we have. Because of this way of living we are due to pay off our mortgage in February and that is our only debt so we will be debt free ☺️. My husband works from home in the weekday evenings remotely and I'm able to look after us and our home and retire early so we spend our days together. It's only through hard work, saving and budgeting that we are where we are now and I couldn't be more proud

    Hi Kerry! I am the big spender in our family and I was wandering if you can put a password at every jar but if I want it to use one my husband has to approve the jar link to the card and the other way around if he wants to use one. I’m thinking this way I can be more careful with my spendings. Like I said I’m the problem not my husband 🤦🏻‍♀️

    • @KerryWhelpdale
      @KerryWhelpdale  3 роки тому

      ohh this is a very good idea.. I am not too sure about that but I know you can put spending limits on jars or bar a jar from being used too... that could be a good alternative to the approval one??? xxx

    Kerry, this is fantastic. We are a family of list makers and our bank accounts are currently separated into several accounts for general, mortgage, bills, car rego, etc.
    But this new system you’ve shown in today’s video is exceptionally organised, all on one screen and visually appealing. I love it.
    It’s like the online version of the cash envelope system that I did when I got my first job 😂👏🏼
    I’m going to save this video to watch it again - I don’t know if you said we can have it in Australia 🇦🇺 - I was making lunches at the time. 😆🤦🏻‍♀️ Trying to multitask.
    Either way, this is game changing for banking and saving. A must have for Type A personalities 🤣
    Thank you 🙏🏼 even if we can’t get it here yet, it won’t be long before we can, surely.

      Aahh I’m so glad you enjoyed this video and found HyperJar useful.. it’s made the way we save so much more transparent and so easy and clear to see where our money is going each month.. I’m not too sure if it’s in Australia yet but just try ordering your card and you will find out.. I hope it is over there for you :) xxx

I've already downloaded it and can't wait to get it up and running, it's going to save me so much time. Thanks for the video Kerry, it's much appreciated 🙂❤️. Hey Kerry, hope you are well I’m happy, good and well thank you good evening love this how we manage our save and spend money video. I have really enjoyed this how we manage our money video. It made me happy and saving money is so important in everyday life when you are saving to do a big project or something special you really want to achieve. Manage and saving money is important for me because I am quite careful on how I spend my money weekly. Bulk buying the food that I would need saves me money but also time and effort as well. I always try and go to Costco every week so often and do my bulk buying of the foods and essentials that I will need to keep in at home. I always go and get some lindor chocolates from Costco because the lindor chocolates are in big packs for cheaper or expensive prices when are on special offers which is always good and lovely for me because I love lindor chocolates so much they are my favourite chocolates to have all the time. Saving as much money as you can is also a such a lovely way to reduce the amount of money and time on budgets of everything in the week. Bulk buying the food is always useful because the food will last longer for many weeks and then you don’t need to do as much food shopping in the week. It saves money time and effort on food shopping in the week at home. Can I also have a reply from you telling me your thoughts about my comment please. @Dawn Brook your opinion, which of course, you're entitled to, however, it may not suit everyone, so it may not be that simple for those ppl. It would also create paper clutter around the home and who'd want that!!!
