My first kundalini flow ever! Interesting, it's like active yin with lots of breathing. The music was wonderful but combined with the instructors beautiful, grounding voice, it was great. Thank you for a gentle intro.
Oh, this is my first set w/you, nice timing and easy direction to follow, TKU, and for me, the drumming was complimentary and added to my stretch. Peace
Very hard movements and it is for people with healthy knees and back. My right knee doesn’t work, it is in pain as well and my lover back. I couldn’t make the right side positions at all. Also, my arms ar emit that ling and couldn’t get to the lower back only. It would be helpful if you add “not for the beginners” information in description and I won’t lose my time
Hi I am new to yoga and after many years of struggling with my health (I have hashimotos and fybromyalgia) I want to try to do something that will help my body I’m finding even the smallest stretch really really challenging but I want to stick with it because I have pain in my body a lot of the time anyways so I figure it might as well be because I am challenging my body. I am not sure if I am getting some of the moves correctly.. in particular the 2nd set where you stretch your hamstrings and your hip.. do you have any advice?
You are perfect, the voice the sequence. All is good! But the music brought me irritation. I was working on irritation the whole series. Why don’t you put some mantras. So many beautiful music out there….
Guys never do kundalini yoga, it's awakens various dimensions which you aren't capable of handling, do hatha yoga, n pls go to a proper teacher teaching classical yoga, never do yoga from youtube, it's dangerous!
