Got a corded one, and it is great for cleaning AC systems, and also has a use in blowing out when you drill in masonry to put in chemical anchors. Dust bag is so you can have one fill up with fine dust, and you have the spare while the first one dries, as to get the finer dust out you need to wash it. Clean out the dust and debris in the car or truck radiator by blowing from the engine side, and you will get a lot of crud out, plus it works well on ingrained dirt in carpets, really sucks it out, but remove all pebbles first of course, as it only will do fine dust. Also good on a hot day to get the dirt and dust off of your face and hair, blowing it all off and getting all the sweat away. Ditto down the shirt as well for the same reason. Great that you are making furniture, and yes making from plywood is going to be a lot more durable than the semi compressed sawdust and paper that it seems all modern stuff is made from. Look at it hard and it will break, let alone let it get damp.
