I've noticed all these cameras need a tapered/rounded end so they would hang up less. As for rigidity, the more rigid it gets, the thicker the cable, it's a trade-off.
This one, is the smallest cable 3.9mm, this is why the cable is not as rigid, but if you have a small hole to go through, then this may be the one you need.
get a cheap 25ft or longer drain cable and connect to it with tape, zip ties, heat shrink etc then its nice and stiff. u can find those for like 12-15$ still FAR cheaper then one of the higher end ones
I just got mine and the cable is definitely an issue. I keep losing signal like there is a bad connection from the lens to the main portion of the cable. Does anyone know if there is an up-gradable cable that is USB compatible? I sent an email to the company, but I doubt I'll have much success in having it replaced, and if I'm replacing, I'd rather a better cable when I do.
The major flaw is your understanding of the camera and how to use it. You can't defy gravity! On a roof, in the sunlight, the camera display might seem washed out. You have to be smarter than the camera. A bad review from a bad reviewer. My Oiiwak works great.

Is it possible to change out the camera cable for a better one? What is the connection point to the monitor?
Thank you. you're an honest gentleman.

Great review! Thanks! made purchase decision easier. Went with the Teslong.
Thank you for saving me money!
I think maybe you had the wrong expectations. I love it,
Great information
Attach it to rods like a glow rod kit.
Tape the camera to an eletrician's snake.
Been thru several different brands of these. Starting to learn that they are all shit unless you spend $400.
No demonstration or anything for this review 🤷🏻♂️
