Her work needs to be adopted by the world. But at least the few here in the know, can be blessed to have this knowledge. You are a treasure Dr Clemens.
Yeah I wouldn’t be surprised if once the general medical fraternity comes to its senses that a few members of this group of doctors and researchers gets nominated for a Nobel Prize.
I would guess a lack of research on this subject as far as I know it's fairly new and doesn't have enough data to fully support it. Don't get me wrong, I 100% believe in this. I have Hashimotos and I felt completely hopeless for years, until I eliminated gluten/dairy/soy from my diet. I will give carnivore and PKD a shot as well
I watched many videos by Zsofia over the years. Adopting the CV diet healed my gut. About 10 years a go I ate ice cream that contained PEG and felt terrible for two days. I wonder if they see this happening in the clinic when testing the intestinal permeability? It probably means I had leaky gut at that time.
Type 1 LADA here ! I`m doing Keto, more or less the "relaxed" version of the "PKD" , since day one of my diagnosis in August `18. I was strict carnivore for a while, but we have a big garden and meat is expensive. Up to now I don`t need Insulin or other medications while maintaining a STEADY ( no "rollercoasters") A1c around 5,x. Miss Clemens approach is very harsh and strict and may work even better than mine, but it works, too, haha.I even drink coffee. When, in a near future, our great leaders finally achieved their goal of banning meat completely for the plebs, I have to rely on olive oil and luck anyway .
i have tried pkd and it helped improve my IBD greatly my fault is not sticking as strict as i should yet but even loosely following ive seen tremendous improvement
@@M4MLiving Thats really good to hear. Try colostrum powder aswell. You will get some improvement from it, but PKD (although very difficult to stick with) supposed to heal intestinal permeability 100%. One month should do the trick. It's worth it in the long term. Just stick to it for one month straight.
Yes, I completely cured pcos, insulin resistance and full blown autoimmune disease. But it means strict red meat, animal fat “no dairy”, organs, water and salt. I’m almost 8yrs on the diet and I will eat this way for the rest of my life.
Hi! Please let me know how many grams of beef liver can I eat daily on PKD? Also do I need to eat calcium from egg shells on this diet, or is bone broth enough for calcium?
I want to do this but red meat and especially organs make me gag, I tried several times but can’t get past it… Is it psychological? I’m ok with chicken and fish, but not red meat for some reason…
@gregcheng2369 One key is to start with fatty cuts of meat. Many butchers these days trim away as much fat as they can because that's what most people have been encouraged to buy (the "less fat = more healthy" myth). You can ask your butcher to leave the fat on, and they will be happy to. Fatty meat is super tasty compared to lean meat. One method is simply to cut into chunks and simmer meat until tender in a large pot. Serve and salt to taste. Another method is to cut meat into medallions and sauté in a large fry pan, either with lard or tallow or butter (some people are sensitive to butter, so use your own judgement). Eating a large plate of meat seems unusual at first, but it is so good that it becomes very attractive very quickly. If you enjoy a mix of flavours, try cooking several types of meat together (lamb, beef, pork) or mixing with seafood (fish, shellfish). Good luck on your health journey!
It’s tough to get funding for RCTs when there isn’t drug money involved. Basically you have to find an academic who has an interest and is high enough in their department to get the funding. A lot of the prestigious medical schools receive funding from drug companies, so, even if the younger academics want to conduct RCTs, if it runs counter to drug company interests the senior doctors will squelch this line of investigation.
I did start the program only has two sessions my dad died so I wasn't able to continue .unfortunately they refused to refund any of my money.600 pounds.

Brilliant presentation!
Yeah I wouldn’t be surprised if once the general medical fraternity comes to its senses that a few members of this group of doctors and researchers gets nominated for a Nobel Prize.
Isn't it? She's brilliant, her method is sound, the diet is perfect and thank GOODNESS we can do this on our own.
Bravo Dr Clemens. Always wonderful to hear about the latest at ICMNI 👏👏👏
Outstanding subject.
I can't figure out why pkd is not even proposed by physicians to this kind of patients
I can figure out why 😞 If everyone is healthy….

Guessing the western world was not represented in that presentation. Thank you Dr. Clemons!!! ❤❤❤

If they try to ban meat TX will rise up...
what is the effects of diet on neurological diseases such as cipd?
Amazing presentation! Did Dr. Clemens do a similar one on MS? With the real results from her patients
Great presentation thank you!
Has anybody tried the pkd diet for autoimmune disease and successfully cured it?

Hi! Did you do anything else beside organ meat in the diet? Thanks
@@zedonutube i ate bone broth, bone marrow, liver occasionally, and red meat like steaks or burgers.. coffee. water/salt thats it

Hi!

Also do I need to eat calcium from egg shells on this diet, or is bone broth enough for calcium?
450g of meal per day. 400 g of liver per week , 200g of brain. Meat of four legged animals. The bigger animal the better.
Pls what are low toxic veggies allowed in pkd??
small to moderate amount of broccoli, carrots, cabbage - allowed but unnecessary
Thank you
@@ardbegrules3973 brocoli is the worst veggie ever! very harmful. Doesn't exist in nature.
Forget them, you will see how life is better without plants.
@@superluci58 Everything in moderation
So what kind of diet though if you have trouble metabolizing fat
Have you tried to introduce fat, slowly? I use to struggle to metabolize fat. Until I introduced it slowly over time.
What fruits are allowed in PKD?
NO! Fructose is a crap.
If you’re fighting disease, none. When you heal, some fruits like berries are allowed. It’s at the beginning of her presentation.

You can get organ meats in a pill if that will help you. I gag at organ meats too. It disgusts me
How to cook meat without adding any plant-derived ingredients?

We need radical vegetarians/vegans and pharma puppets to watch this.
If probiotics don't work then why there is so many medical studies at NCBI saying otherwise?
BandaidsVScure...
lol medical studies
big pharma sponcer most NCBI studies... PKD are not sponcer by anyone but them
Too techincal… good info but make it more for the non technical population please
what is pkd?
Paleo ketogenic diet
Minute 1:30 PKD. New here, too!

why are we not funding RCTs..

PKD? Prescription KETO Diet?
Paleolithic Ketogenic Diet.
Pkd paleolithic ketogenic diet
No wonder, there is a pandemic of autoimmune diseases among vegans 😢
Enough with the labels for point of difference. Species appropriate nutrition, not pkd, keto, paleo, ketovore, etc etc

Which programme did you start? Where can I find out more?
