UPDATE - Amazon cancelled my affiliate account because I advertised their products for free using their logo in the thumbnail of this video. So, naturally, I explored my creative genius by grabbing my iPad, an Apple Pencil, and creating my OWN Amazon logo. I hope you enjoy it, and I will post a new link to the product when I make a new affiliate accounts, cause the one I had literally got shut down over night, Thanks Amazon,
PLEASE NOTE! As of the posting of this video, I am now an Amazon affiliate :) This means that any product links pointing to Amazon will be affiliate links. All that means is that you can still pick up a product you might like exactly the same way as before, with no extra cost to you - but the channel will receive a very small commission for the sale. This, alongside merch and channel memberships in the future are the only ways I support my family, so if you enjoy my content, please consider these types of support
@@elendal For a bit of context... I'm currently unable to work due to a disability. So, as a result I make/sell things online, sell merch for my two UA-cam channels, run my two UA-cam channels and use affiliate programs and the combination of all of that is my income. Hope that clears things up. That's why I am really looing forward to partner on this channel. Then I'll have two channels with partner status where I can make a few bucks on ad revenue, alongside the other small side hassles I have. Thankfully, doing this is something I CAN and LOVE to do, and it helps to pay the bills, so it all works out.
@@elendal Not at all. I understand. I'm not looking for sympathy or anything, but thought I would share that given your original response. @Ancasterguy Yes :) I'm very sorry about the slightly misleading statement in the video. I had no idea that I would later try to and become an affiliate on Amazon. That's why the pinned comment ;) What this does is actually really cool. - It helps folks find products that I enjoyed and tried, so cuts down a lot of time researching and potentially being disappointed. - It gives me a small commission for the sale at no additional cost to the person who bought it (no difference than buying on your own) - It allows me the opportunity to both review additional items and come up with cool video ideas for firearm related products, and in so doing helps others out, while helping me to support myself and my family :) By all means though PLEASE do not feel obligated to do so just because it helps me. As I mentioned in the video, I don't want anyone to get anything unless they can afford it and it's going to make a difference for them. At the end of the day the commission is just a coincidental plus, but my goal is always to provide open and honest feedback about things that are good and useful to others. I hope that helps :)
To answer the question, YES, it is very good. I like this bag so much I bought two. Black and Khaki. The quality is decent. The price point is spot on. There’s no sense spending hundreds of dollars more on a different gun bag that does the same thing, which is carry your weapon and accessories. However, I only carry one rifle in each bag.
Amen. I liked it too, and as you said, the price was right. It seems lately anything firearm related is overpriced for some reason. I think we need to stop enabling the big companies and stop buying their stuff, cause it's obvious this stuff is made in the same place and is just as good at a much lower price point.
Technically speaking it doesn’t matter legally as long as the ammunition is locked in the container with the firearm (of course as long as the firearm is unloaded itself). Realistically, I don’t think anyone is going to give you a hard time for it, but if you want to be careful and you’re not locking the actual bag where both firearm and ammo will be locked together in the same compartment, that could constitute the firearm being in reach or easy access of ammunition. As a result, for this specific bag, I’d keep the magazines unloaded and ammunition in a separate locked container. As an example contrary to this, my Ruger PCC has a little compartment inside the butt stock which is just big enough for a magazine. And, I keep a magazine in there for emergencies which is loaded with FHP defence ammunition. The reason why that’s okay is because the firearm cannot be discharged this way (the compartment has no access to the chamber) and because the rifle is locked away in a safe WITH the ammunition, meaning it is inaccessible. I hope that helps answer the question.
Holy shit! That's a nice gun. I just bought the 32" size of this bag for my metal detector as the XP 240 Metal detector bag for the same price was too short at 25" The XP 240 bag has a lot of cool pockets that I really wanted. I was wondering if you've worn it as a backpack and how does it feel? My guess is it requires better padding. Anyways, tanks for posting your review.
Thanks! I’ve never worn it as a backpack Sony can’t comment there. But it’s a very solid build for the money and as you said id only want some more padding as the straps do seem a little thin.
Indeed :) Materials aside, I think what's on offer is actually pretty solid, especially the extra storage. But yeah, it would be nice if the materials would be a bit better. Overall though it's a pretty decent bag :)
I have two 12 gauge bullpups and they fit in tennis racket bags. They dont scream i have a gun. And they have extra pockets for mags or whatever. And they were only about $30.
Great question! I am pretty sure you don’t need to put a “Gun Inside” sticker on anything. You are only required to transport it unloaded. There are no laws that speak to what kind of container you have to transport it in, or whether or not you have to disclose that it’s a firearm. In my opinion I think it’s better not making it obvious, as you don’t really want to advertise that you are carrying a firearm. Hope that helps but if in doubt please consult a lawyer.
We sure can! In fact Canada is the second most armed country in the western world behind America despite us only having 40 million citizens. Sure we can’t have the ar 15 or handguns atm but that will change when the liberals are out of power.

if taking this bag hunting does the magazines still need to be unloaded even if its not connected to the firearm ie: its in the front pouch?

Also did this bag work well with your tikka tac a1?

Quick weird question. If I use this kind of bag, should I slap a "GUN INSIDE" sticker so that RCMP won't consider my rifle concealed? :))
