Oh my goodness, the minute he walked into that room, I was swooning. I love the way Fran is so casual around him, but seriously how could you not have a crush on him?
I cant believe that Daniel Davis is not British, he's got an impeccable accent, and the character's cinisim just makes him the best of the show... to think he marries CC at the end it's just amazing, he was the main reason she ended up at a psych guard
He’s known Fran shorter than C.C, and knows better to trust her with the kids. Though, I would figure he would make Niles the guardian, but I guess not
I think legally obvs the guardian would be his mom or sister and he just made sure Fran would still be their nanny and take care of them and practically raise them. But I can only imagine, it would be hell with Maxwell's mother interfering and belittling Fran. Or his sister Jocelyn who at this point we can't say if she's still the kind hearted woman we met in season 2(?) or the bitter alcoholic they turned her into in season 6.
2004, FDA banned a second Dexatrim ingredient, ephedra. Although ephedra showed some effectiveness for short-term weight loss, it was linked to raising blood pressure and increasing the risk of heart problems and stroke.

@@lolitis01 Yes it's like to try to ward off whatever evil eye there may be, that some people believe comes from talking about things like death. In Indian (meaning from India not Native American as far as I know) culture, this is sometimes taken even a step further and when children are born the parents might make a harmless dot or mark (usually a black mark) on their baby's face with an eye pencil (or something of that kind), to create an imperfection in the hope that it will result in the evil eye passing over their child, and leaving them alone because they are flawed.

Val's a G. This was the 90s. Walking through Central Park at night is no joke.

*Fran:* Gee, I hope he's got a gun.

I love it!
She always had the best outfit
I love the chaotic friendship of fran and val
Their real offscreen friendship definitely shines through onscreen and it's just beautiful! 😍
I would legit just watch a show on her and val. Absolutely Fabulous style!

@Floymin the joke comes from a stereotype that Chinese food isn't very filling. You eat... and an hour-and-a-half later, you're hungry again.

Her cousin or something is in the fashion industry and gives her free clothes
