    Well said ✌, A balanced diet will only help on a longer run btw what's ur view on soy protien ?? (Soya chunks, soy milk, tofu etc. )

      Soy unless it is fermented is the worst thing you can put into your body.

      @@1sr0 sorry I disagree Soya is not bad unless you overstuff it many researches have found soya even prevents breast cancer. Moderation is the key.

    Thank you so much for your valuable precise information . Protein in my diet is only from daily common food. But repeatedly you speak about 'sattu' can common people with moderate simple exercise drink the same if already we are eating enough lentils.

      Try do evere 2 hours when your at home body exercises like push ups, planks and squats. Your fitness and toughness will go up and changes in your diet and lifestyle will be easier
